Pros +
- The hotel was amazing in every way. It was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, the room was spacious, it was very affordable, and it was in a great location near everything!
- The rooms were nice and clean. I also like the outdoor area and a large swimming pool. There is a walking path along the lagoon which is nice. Overall a pretty serene and peaceful place. Great location. People can be heard loudly in the halls though.
- The location was great. Next to most of the clubs, a quick walk for beach access and right on the bay. The pool was picturesque. The grounds were well maintained
Cons -
- Very much a hassle and did t even stay there and was charged cause I didn?t have key deposit don?t know how people do that
- A desk clerk was not polite and needs better customer service. He was skinny with dark hair in a pony tail. He kept my $10 deposit & $5 on another day saying that I only gave $5 which was not true. My gf was there and said I gave 10. He gave only 5 back.
- Our room window pane was not connected to the track letting lots of warm air in. The air conditioning fixed this but we felt bad knowing we were wasting AC. It also allowed a lot more noise from the clubs and the wind in.

Wasn't very clean overall...fleas in the room...pool was disgusting...pictures definitely lie about the place
The service and the excellent attention to the client that I received from all staffing at Selina. Also the food was delicious and good prices. Activities in the evening as well, Sunday karaoke my favorite. And the best the great people I met. Peaceful!
No really. It is a Hostal with reasonable prices so I don't complain of anything.
The hotel looked pretty. And our housekeeper was nice. She cleaned well. The cold espresso from the bar was amazing.
Front desk staff was extremely slow and not attentive. They wanted to argue with me about the refundable $5 deposit for the key. A large woman who was a part of housekeeping through her arm up and swatted at us for trying to ask a question. Dirty kitchen.
Location, waiters, and kitchen staff were awesome.
NO HOT WATER, INSECTS, cage free eggs . Front desk staff was very unfriendly.
A fun place with a college dorm feel. Mostly a young worldly crowd but the staff made this geezer feel at home! Rooms are small, pool is great, grounds are amazing, surrounded on 3 sides by water.!!
Small rooms, but hey, its CANCUN!
location
staff
They charged for everything. Even ice
The location is amazing!
