I liked everything about this hotel, the location, the beaches, pools, food and overall services

I think the activity prices could have been more affordable.

I love the location of this resort. It's a big resort with all the amenities of a big resort but somehow has a small resort feel.

There could be better lighting in the bathroom and the food is just not anything I'd ever rave about. I realize that when you stay at a large resort it's hard for them to be able to serve great food because of the large number of guests.

The staff were very attentive to our needs especially the bellboy, who took very good care of us from beginning to end, the food was fantastic, the shows were great, the place was beautiful!

Absolutely nothing, would go back again, in a heartbeat!!!

I love the location of this resort. Due to it's position there is a bay type beach on one side and a nice large beach on the other side that usually has waves. The rooms all have a water view and the marble shower is amazing.

IT's a large resort and I typically like smaller properties, but with all the positive aspects of this place I can overlook the size. I try to go during the off season, when the resort is not at capacity. Food quality could be better.

Location, restaurants, customer service, and amenities far exceeded my expectations.

Hotel employee was our butler and hotel employee serviced our room. They both were excellent! Hotel employees were our favorite servers and they took great care of us as well.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The drinks were awesome and the hotel overall was very nice.

This is a more family friendly hotel so if you are looking to party, this is not the place for you.

the room is kinda old, you can tell from the floor. I understand this used to be an old building but they didn't try to renovate the floor unfortunately

Some of the furnishings were damage and not repaired. On the 1st day, we had to call 3 times to get the tolie fix as the water did not drain properly.

Great location, facing both north and east sides. Large pool with pool bar. Different shows everyday.

Pillows are a bit moist as the damp air enters from the balcony.

Staying at the Hyatt Ziva made this a perfect vacation; I can't think of one aspect that could have been better. The service and hospitality was far beyond expectation. Excellent grounds, excellent restaurants, excellent activities, and beautiful rooms.

I called and upgraded our package to the Turquise Tower, paid an additional $150 per night, now we are paying $--- a night; and then it was an additional $150 per day to get a gazebo by the beach. To me that was a rip-off

Food for wedding was not very good.

Some of the food options were average. Nothing special with a couple of the restaurants.

Really like the beaches at the hotel. Very beautiful.
