We loved that it was right on the beach. We also loved that it was not such a big resort so it was easy and quick to get around from our room. The place was clean. Our room was ok. We got the standard room. I¿m sure others were much nicer than ours.

We did not have the all inclusive, but what we didnt expect was that this meant you literally get nothing but a room. The Wi-Fi was only accessible in the lobby, and it didnt work most of the time. This wasnt the expected experience!

The location it¿s centered

So the staff are will only treat you good if you¿re going to tip in dollars. The rooms are old I saw mold on the mirror curtains full of black mold.

Best thing thst i liked about this hotel was the beautiful view you had of the beach and ocean straight from your balcony.

What i did not like about this hotel was that the receptionists werenf always too kind and also the rooms were never thoroughly cleaned up. The TV itself was not even clean. The bathtub was gross and the sliding doors looked like they were never cleaned.

The staff were very friendly to us. We enjoyed the lunch options for the buffet. The pool was very nice and very easy access to the beach.

Our room was definitely not what I expected it to be. We saw cockroaches in the hall ways, in the pool. Our balcony door would not lock. Our bathroom had chips in it when we first checked in, the toilet and shower would randomly dump water.

Location is convenient. For the pricing of the hotel, it is close to hotel zone and restaurant area

The rooms needs an upgrade. The AC was not working properly. The water was clogging in the sink. Very small rooms and slow service.

when we arrive, the front desk staff, gave us a room upgrade, wich we did not ask for, but were thankfull, the gave us a ocean view with a adjoining room, 30 min in 2 hotel staff rush in to the adjoining room no knoking the door telling us to leave pt 1

Food was bad, but the rooms we had were much worse. Hot water did not work. There was a water leak in the roof when it rained. The drain in the bathroom sink did not drain. There was a half eaten jar of peanut butter in my drawer....not great.

Location! Amenities. Central air conditioner. Beachfront. Price.

Wi-Fi never worked for the few days of my stay. Drain in restroom smell.

The staff was very nice and always available to help us. I liked that the beach was just a few steps away. I also enjoyed the restaurante Albatros.

I did not like that there was no food or drink service on the beach. Also disappointing that we could not eat while lounging at the pool.

The best thing about this hotel was the staff. Everyone was so kind and helpful, while still being professional. Great staff!

Nothing at all

This was the absolute worst hotel I ever stayed in. No Wi-Fi except in the lobby. The ac barely ran. The pool is overpacked. The pool bar is only open for about 4 hours throughout the day. Then u have to go on the inside to get drinks, and that¿s a 30 mi

Employees are unhappy working there. There is a lack of courtesy. Over all I think prices do not cope with our expectations. "all inclusive" does not include "all". They request additional fee for spaces at the beach. Drinks limited to cheap ones

Old, run-down hotel, operating on fumes. The bathroom had more peeling layers of paint that I could count -presumably painted often to cover up the inevitable mold underneath. Balcony door did not lock. Security hinge on main door had been ripped off.

Food is not edible. Buffet is understaffed -open only under restricted hours. Only two free water bottles in the room -you must pay if you need more. Hotel does not coordinate with trusted transportation companies -you must hail a cab in the street.

Beware. If you like all inclusive resort food don¿t stay here. I stayed for 5 days. They had one buffet restaurant and the food was terrible. Menu and quality was poor. The same menu and selection everyday. They had a specialty restaurant and it was lousy

To get a drink at pool bar prepare to wait in line for 30 minutes.
