This hotel dies not look like anything on the pictures provided. Window was not closing properly the room looked like it needed to be cleaned (walls) sheets and towels were outdated. The bath tub the water was not going thru the drain.checked out same day

Great location and the shower looked great. The check-out receptionist was wonderful. The room was clean.

At check-in, I was never told that there was an extra charge for 2 people. Our registration card was modified by the staff. It was a terrible experience. We had to flush the toilet 10 times for a simple use. Ran shower over 5 min for hot water.

Alll the staff’s are so ready to help.

Water flow in the bathroom was so annoying.

The closeness to the bus for the airport

Because of the poor architecture design, the door to the bathroom needs to be closed to be able to use the toilet. The toilet tank took about 10 minutes to fill. The sink was sprouting water. The room did not have a microwave or refrigerator. The bed was not attached to the headboard, so the bed slid forward when I sat up right.

Good location. Big room.

Drainage smell in the bathroom. Water all over the bathroom after the shower. Curtain in the shower. Button broken to turn off the fan so difficultt to find it. The safe does not work. No blanket, can be chilly during the night.

This is my second time staying at this hotel because it is well located to spend a night in cancun before a flight. It’s close to restaurants with good Mexican food.The lady at the reception was very nice and accommodating.

The hotel is very basic so I wouldn’t book it for longer stay. The water in the shower was not hot. I could not shower entirely because it was too cold for me..The isolation from the windows is not good so you can hear everything in the street.

Location- 10 min walking distance to the ADO bus station, 5 min. to the Parque de las Palatas - many meal options in the evening, 3 min to the Chedraui supermarket, value for money, huge rooms, efficient A/C, accommodationg staff, I would stay here again

sometimes problems with water, both hot and cold, if reported to the reception, it is fixed in no time, but still a bit of a hassle

It is located bot in the typical tourist area.The Staff is very friendly andd helpful, and the room was clean.

I didn’t like that there was no hot water ho shower with.Also ir seems to me right in the centre of a Party area which I was mot aware off. Jetleg saved my sleep.

NEVER AGAIN BAD JOB KAVIA

it was like staying above a night club till 6 am VERY LOUD AND bed as hard as the concrete floors ,no beer or drinks allowed in your room. it is nice to retire for beers in your room after a long day , they want to fine you $1500 mxn for having a beer,, we will not stay there or most kavia hotels in cancun that are becoming like this , nothing mentioned about no alcohol untill checked in and paid ,, then no option at all

Close to bus station, easy check in, friendly staff, good AC, big room, comfy beds

Great location for downtown Cancun. On a busy street so felt safe and 24hr reception. Room was spacious and clean. Would recommend if you want to explore downtown and walkable to the Ado bus station.

Internal bathroom with no ventilation, got very stuffy and pipes or something started smelling.

the smell of sewage from the sink, water flows onto the floor when you use the sink, there is not always warm water in the shower, poor sound insulation, no refrigerator or kettle

Amazing location downtown.Staff was amazingly helpful and super friendly!

The noise from the bar is loud at night. But luckily the air conditioning machines are louder.

I had stayed there 4 nights then traveled to another city ,then returned leaving my suitcase there . I very much appreciated that they safely stored my suitcase and also gave me the same room that I had previously. It was good to come back to a place that I trusted and to see familiar people in that I was traveling alone. One person in particular that was very helpful in my entire stay there was Alejandro. Because of his command of the English language and travel sensibilities , I was able to understand how to truly navigate and enjoy my visit in Cancun and visit other cities with ease. This is not a fancy hotel with a pool but a very clean and safe place that you can trust. Please ask for Alejandro when arriving if your Spanish language skills are limited or if you have any questions about Cancun or the Yucatan region.

Only wish that Alejandro was one of the receptionists so that if needed for advice, one could know when to ask those needed questions.

Great location walkable to many many things

The mattress was a little hard for me. Also, I was surprised that they told me I could not bring any alcoholic drink even a can of beer into my room.
