Hotel Antillano Cancun

The service of the staff is poor. And in the room, there is a ventilation fan with big noise, it is very hard to sleep. We want to change another room, but the staff say that there is no room left, and they didn’t help us solve this problem.

Hotel is in a good location for the ADO bus terminal. There are not many restaurants within easy walking distance. I would not want to stay here for my entire vacation, but if you need a clean, safe room close to the bus terminal, this hotel isgreat.

Nothing negative to stay. Staff was courteous and helpful.

On the night that I stayed in the hotel, there was a party nearby with very loud music until late night hours. The windows did little to insulate the noise so getting a good night sleep was impossible. Also, the hotel is ok but I find it's slightly overpriced - the room is really quite basic, the towels look old etc.

Excellent location, 5 minutes from Plaza Las Palapas and a 20-minute walk from the craft market. Despite being close to a main artery of the city, we had a lot of peace and quiet in the room, perfect night of sleep before taking the plane. The staff were friendly and the place was very clean.

The mattresses were a little soft. The hotel need some updating (furniture, decor), but that's part of the charm! For one night it was very decent for the price.

great location, nice staff personnel, clean rooms.

The room seemed relatively clean. The proximity to the ADO Bus Station as I had an early morning flight and didn't want to rely on extortionate taxis as Ubers don't take you to the Airport.

The room was horrible. The ceiling AND walls had the very dated "popcorn" effect.

Located close to city center and main street. Easy in and out, lots of place to go eat.

Nice room, good shower and pleasant staff

The bed was not so comfortable.The city is very noisy and the sound insulation is not best, don't forget your earplugs.

A very economical choice near downtown Cancun, only few blocks away from supermarket (Chedraui) and the popular market Parque de las Palapas. R1 bus goes right in front of the hotel, easy access to hotel zone and the beach by bus. The room is basic but clean and comfortable.

There is no elevator, so beware if you are traveling with heavy luggage or kid with stroller. You will need to carry them through stairs.

Good located.

Awful experience. Someone opened our door around 4:00 am and wanted to enter our room. Obviously it was someone with a key-room. This is very unprofessional and not safe at all. We were really disappointed and they were not able to give a reasonable explanation. No one gave us an answer... We felt very unsafe.

Spotless cleanliness.

Despite the old forniture, the hotel could have a charming outlook if it weren't for the neon lightning, the tape crosses on the floor and the signs forbidding to open the windows.The receptionist at the check-in was very nice, but the one at the desk on the following days was just terrible customer service. I asked her for a glass to take a medicine as none had been made available, she said they had no glasses in the hotel (this considering the hotel has a restaurant). I asked her how to reach the beach and she starred at me as if she was not aware of the existence of beaches.

The staff wasn’t friendly I don’t know if the English language is lacking. I asked for extra towels because I’m going to snorkel but they won’t give me.

They tried to extort me for more cash and when I refused they became rude and tense. I didn't feel safe and decided to pay for and stay in another hotel rather than risk something bad happening here. Hope I can get my money back, but just grateful to be alive today. DON'T STAY HERE!!!

Shower hot water so hot it would burn you, add a little cold water and it healed aching muscles on my way out of Mexico after a week of lots of walking in 100 degree heat Very comfy bed and pillows. The TV had about 300 channels, all kinds of good movies and stuff in both English and Spanish. It's got a pool that is refreshing but only a meter deep end to end. I got the hotel room because I didn't like the bad reviews of the many hostels around the ADO / Centro area. It was quiet, clean, no nonsense, and only a few blocks from the ADO station. Food and drinks all over on the streets.

Front desk failed to give me a wake-up call as requested.

Location is really good. Sure, it’s not the beachfront but relatively close to it (being in the very heart of Cancun)

Air conditioning isn’t a hi tech.
