Hotel Parador

It was okay for moving on the next main stay. Staff was beyond rude. They will not let you in until 3:01 PM

Staff was extremely rude , cleaning ladies were more helpful.I usually stay there on arrival and departure, not ever again.

It had a pool and convenient location.

It was outdated, shower was broken just in overall rough shape. NO WHERE near a 3 star hotel.

Nice and bright, clean rooms nice pool area lots of sun or shade if you prefer. Great location easy walk to main bus station and Soriana grocery store. Great street food and outdoor markets only a short walk and easy access to collectivos! Tel Cel right across the street!

Close to the bus station and downtown Cancun

It is as advertised. Nothing much to the room. Good for a short stay. Staff weren't very helpful. Good cheaper restaurant located a few blocks behind the hotel (away from tourist area). Breakfast was only one option: scrambled eggs with ham (mixed in) small plate of fruit (papaya and cantaloupe) with tea or coffee.

I really liked my stay at this hotel. It is located within 2 minutes walk from the ADO terminal and it is surrounded by many restaurants and shops. There is a shuttle organized by the city to bring you right on the beach strip.The personnel working at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, upon checking out, they guarded my luggages for many hours to allow me to wander around until my flight time.I strongly recommend this hotel and the prices are very reasonable.

Hotel is close to government center of Cancun

I could not get Wifi inside room, only outside room.I thought they have Wifi in and out of room.

I did not know they were under renovation and of course it was noisy and dirty, they should’ve told me, Hoppe once is finished it’d be better

I found the front desk very helpful they room clean and the bed very comfortable! Will stay again when I pass thru in a couple weeks.. was able to easily walk with my luggage from the ado terminal and the next day easily hailed collectives to plaza Américas and Costco

Not a fan of the rainfall shower heads.. what if you don’t want to get your hair wet? lol

Easy check-in, very centrally located near the bus station, nice renovated room, great wifi

A bit noisy at night due to proximity to bars and after ~9 am in the morning (ongoing hotel renovations)

The location was great for one night. Near the ADO bus station, restaurants and the heart of the non-hotel area of Cancun. Nice pool! Comfortable bed, Smart TV and mini-split.

When I checked in, they made me sign a paper saying I understood there may be remodeling in the building.I specifically asked the clerk if it would affect my room and she said "no".Well, construction was taking place in the room next to me with power tools practically outside my door. She lied to me, intentionally lied to me!I understand why they needed to remodel as there were heavy calcium deposits on all my fixtures and the general condition was abysmal.My bathroom smelled like swamp-gas and I had to put a towel under the door fearing the unholy smell may be dangerous.And, there was not a single outlet in the room!There was one in the bathroom when I had the courage to enter with a towel over my mouth and nose.I understand that this may have been unique to my specific room and that there was renovation in process, that is why I didn't give them an even worse rating.

The location is good, it's close to ADO bus terminal and busses to go to the hotel zone.

The hotel staff. At arrival the checking process took over half an hour, we were the only people at that moment but the receptionist would leave and come without saying anything. After waiting so long, he didn't even gave us the wifi, explain the facilities or breakfast time. We had to ask him for every single thing.The property needs maintenance, the room was small.We stayed 5 nights and breakfast is the same everyday you can't even change the coffee for tea (we asked and they said it's always coffee and if we want tea we can buy it)

The location was perfect. I traveled to other towns and the bus station was at 5 minutes of walking distance.

They had some remodeling in some rooms, and the noise was really loud. However, it will be temporary.

The location was good in downtown.

They are working on room reconstruction. During day time it will bit noisy.

Good location, restaurant attached. Easy checkin and checkout.

Beds very hard and pillows too. I woke up with a stiff neck.

Good location, good facilities for the price. I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for an affordable clean hotel in the center of Cancun, near ADO bus station. It has a bar and has a restaurant in the entrance of the hotel. And near the parque de la palapas

The staff could be a little more friendly. But I never had any bad experience
