Pros +
- The location was excellent, the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, and the food was very acceptable. The overall condition of the hotel however did need some improvements. Mostly cosmetic however it was very functional.
- This was such a fun all-inclusive hotel, service was great, never a wait to eat, beach is pristine with nice shade options, pool is well kept, short 15 min walk to clubs, sparkling and attentive housekeeping
- Service, next to ocean, room is beautiful, excellent food and drink, staff.
Cons -
- Again, the hotel needed Maybe some improvement/ paint. It looked a bit dated and had some repair minor repairs needed.
- A little limited on vegetarian food options after staying there for 5 days, but that's to be expected at an all-inclusive
- 7am-11pm is a little noisy if you are in the room, because you can hear the restaurant.

noisy food was okay at best little variety
The staff was very attentive, friendly and kind. The location was walking distance to the downtown area.
The staff and amenities were very good. Clean every where.
Buffet food, was too institutional.
LOCATION!! NOTHING MORE. FOOD IS AWFUL!!! DONT PURCHASE THE ALL INCLUSIVE. IT'S NOT WORTH IT. IM NOT A HEAVY DRINKER SO IT DOESNT TAKE MUCH TO GET ME BUZZED! I MUST HAVE HAD ABOUT 6 DRINKS AND NO HEAD CHANGE. THE RESORT NEXT DOOR "ROYALTON" LOOKS AMAZING!
EVERYTHING!WITH 1 FULL DAY LEFT, WE LEFT FOR THE DAY (WE TOLD THEM WE WERE NOT CHECKING OUT), THEY TOOK OUR STUFF AND CANCELLED OUR KEY CARDS! LUCKILY WE HID OUR PASSPORTS! I TOLD ROOM SERVICE AND THE FRONT DESK 3 TIMES WE WERE NOT CHECKING OUT!!!
beach and pool
food terrible, stains on the comforters, towels, and floor. Hair on the blow dryer so I didn't even touch it. Bad smell in halls and very loud nail polish smell in the elevator.
