The choice was: if you want wifi in the room you will get a small room with no window.. or you can have a large room with no wifi.. Also, they want you to leave your car keys with them so if they need or want to move your car they can.

The location and staff was nice.

The first room that they put us in smelled like sewage. After almost an hour of waiting outside our room (smell was really strong) they changed us to another room. In that room the AC wasn't cooling properly and it smelled like paint. Do not recommend.

No elevators ....it's about three levels but the staff were very helpful and carry the heavy luggage

We got what we expected from this hotel. Simple and clean. We only needed one night because we came in a day before our other hotel was available.

I think we overpaid a bit. It's worth about -- a night and we paid --.

That they could not move my dates to the day before so I had to cancel my reservation with them and rebook directly with them causing me to lose money. You guys from booking should have given me my money back because this all happened within a 20 minute period

Location and exterior decor excellent!

Shower door was creaky. Air conditioner thermostat missing/not working. Hotel staff don't know and can't speak/ understand English.

It is not far from downtown/hotel area

The AC did not have a remote control, and it was a broken box, so the AC was directly to the bed… we had to turn it off, and couldnt sleep, since it got too hot, no help was provided to take our 4 suitcases to our room, and there is no elevator

It was a horrible stay however cleanliness was fine.

As shown on booking.com, there was no Wifi available. No water bottles were provided at all. Staff was extremely rude. I was supposed to pay MXN 2332 at the property but ended up paying MCN 3050. For breakfast no fruits were provided which is provided everywhere you go. Only eggs and bread were provided, no tea no water nothing. No socket near bed as stated on booking.comSo many hidden charges were included.

The location was the best!

The rooms are old, the towels and bedsheets weren't clean, they look gray/yellow instead of white, they only don't provide amenities everyday, there is no elevator and the rooms are upstairs.

Located very close to restaurants you could walk to. Clean room. Good price.

WiFi is horrible. Internet service kept kicking me out and when it was working was extremely slow. I was very disappointed with that.

It was close to the downtown.

There is nothing in the rooms. For example, no fridge, no hair dryer,....

The place is kind Ok.Staff was not that readily available to help.

Their internet was so bad. I had no internet. They claim the storm two days prior was responsible. They had no water for the guests.No chairs to sit or wait in the lobby or outside.

I liked that they had a safe.

There were always scary foreign people walking around barefoot in the lobby and sitting on the stairs all the time. I didn't feel safe. The room smelled very bad, everything was very old and most importantly there was no elevator and the hotel is three stories high and the internet connection doesn't work in every room. Most importantly I didn't feel safe, the first criterion everyone looks for in a hotel is that it is safe.
