Nothing is good this place very hard location to find

I have. A issue with my passport and I had to stay one more night, I come back late to the hotel the night person who's work there welcome me very disrespectful and at 4:30am him was screaming at my door saying that I have to pay the extra night now

We could check in 30 minutes before. Hotel was far from the beaches but close to the public transportation, so we could walk to take the bus.

Terrible experience. The hotel didn't have hot water and after lying for 2 hours staff assumed the boiler was broken. The TV signal was off lost most of the time. After cleaned, a ball of hair was left in the middle of the room. Lots of bugs and cockroac

the room was very clean and big with A/C , well equipped , Swimming pool

under the shower I had to wait few minutes to get warm water, the breakfast had not such quality, the location was not good and very scary at night.

Fir the price of the room it was much more than my expectations. Clean, quite, great staff. I even extended my stay for three more nights. I'll be leaving cancun for three days but will be rebooking this place to finish my vacation.the

When I first got to my room I closed the curtains and they fell down. Maintenance fixed it right away. Later on I turn on the ac no working. So I got moved to another room. It was all good then.

Paying additional tax on arrival. This was not transparent and refusing to hand over the keys to our bedroom unless the tax was paid in cash. Offered to pay via card as we had no cash dollars on arrival. Reception refused but later accepted card. This is the same for Deigh booking on the 10th February as well. Please be more transparent next time. Paid 315,000 Pesos per room.

Terrible experience

They don’t clean the beds or even whole bedrooms, even bathrooms! First one of the drainages (the shower one) was not absorbing the water! They changed us of bedroom but the another one was full of mosquitoes and dirty they don’t do the sheets! The location is very bad, far from the center where there are stores and everything and it is even dangerous, I was with my mom and we were scared of even think about going out. Also have like a mafia with the taxis of the city, they ask for unfair amounts of money for rides and if you ask for your own taxi service they stalk you and any person that goes for you to give you a ride! I asked for my own ride and they attacked the driver! I needed to stay in there because I paid first and I couldn’t cancel but it was the worst experience I have had in a hotel. Unfortunately I just took a picture of the problem in the shower but I hope other people can show more

Nothing at all not to like about this property.

After a long flight we slept very well at the hotel.The bar and restaurant staff were lovely and made a great first impression of Mexico. Food was good too!

Place is near to main road , easily reachable.

Facility are not good. Beds are not comfortable. Wi-fi connection is too bad. Not even watched single YouTube video.

The rooms are a decent size and has everything you may need. I enjoyed the aspect of having a restaurant on site and not having to go outside. The restaurant food had a lot of options and loved the arrachera dish. Breakfast is a lot of food options and staff is so friendly.

When you first arrive you are not sure where the door is, it makes it look uninviting, and the neighborhood makes you feel unsafe. One staff member was not helpful and other days other staff where helpful and friendly. When asking for an extra towel, I received an old towel that was worn down.

I am positive we received an upgraded room which was wonderful as what I was expecting to see from the location.

The room door. Seemed to be easy for someone to break down to get in our room. Just a regular plywood door you see on a closet door at home. We only stayed for one night, but if I were to stay longer this would most be a concern for me. We ended up staying here due to a 5 am flight leaving islas mujeres, so those who need to be on the land for a quick flight this was great.

Well, the hotel is cheap and clean. Basically all you need to spend a night and then to move on.

The hotel is cheap, etc., but yet it tries to be complicated - you have to fill out maybe five different papers, enter your details once again (although booked through booking.com). Then they scan your passport. And cherry on the cake is 20 digit Wifi password that you have to manually enter into your device. For a comparison - in another hotel we just simply signed one paper and the wifi password was 4 digits.

the price and no additional taxes payable was amazing in comparison to other offerings

the room was dated and the pool was not in use but otherwise for what we paid it could have been a lot worse

Huge and extremely comfortable bed.. Nice powerful shower, great location and amazing value for money considering the area.
