Upon check-in, guests must pay a one-time Student/Youth resort fee of USD 30. Charges apply for adults between 18 and 25 years old staying from February to April. The policy is mandatory, per person, and not refundable. Cash only. Credit cards issued to people other than guests (i.e., parents, spouses, etc.) are not accepted in Mexico. Student/youth policy (year-round) student/youth Travelers are defined as any guest 24 years of age and younger traveling without a legal parent/guardian, and is applicable at all Oasis properties year-round. Generally, the Grand Oasis Cancún will be the only property accepting student/youth (not applicable to family travel). One chaperon is required per 1-19 students/youths under 18. The minimum age requirement for a chaperon is 25. All students will be assigned a special bracelet for ID purposes; this policy is applicable year-round. Please note that the legal drinking age in Mexico is 18. A mandatory environmental fee and a resort fee per room, per stay will be charged upon check in.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
