At night too dark and no available staff in the morning around 4am-5am

Great location close to airport. Did not really see property as I only stayed overnight and left very early.

Lots of traffic noise as it was right off the highway.

There is a lot of mosquitos !! I mean a lot in the outdoor areas !!

The screen was broken so leaving the window open left the smell of bug spray and buys coming in. They sprayed before I came as my eyes were burning. They did come in with a deodorizer however that only lasted an hour. There was a king size bed there which it says was a queen. Was not comfortable so I used the single bed.

Place is cute, check in was fast and easy, breakfast was good, staff was very friendly.

Hotel Tequila was a meeting place for our party to start a birthday celebration with my daughter and friends. The staff was extremely nice, and accommodating. My room was clean and the food served delicious! Loved the monkeys on the property!!!

The bed not too comfortable, but for one night not a deal breaker. My only real issue was the Air Conditioning didn't cool the room quite as well as the other rooms our party rented.

We stayed her on our first night of our trip. I was looking for a place to relax after a long flight to Mexico. It was a short cab ride from the airport. The rooms were clean. The staff was friendly and they provided transportation for our group to the Tren maya in the morning at no additional cost. Fun to watch the monkeys wander around the property Delicious margaritas!

Great overnight stay by the airport. 20 minutes away. I didn’t want to stay in a chain hotel. Cute Mexican style. Outdoor pool. Outdoor diorama of tequila making process. Nicely landscaped area. Nothing else around. Right off the highway. Google maps has the location wrong however hotel sent us a pin. Taco shop out front. Second restaurant also on the property. Took us to the airport on time in comfortable car. Decent shower pressure. Decent, two twin bed, into king bed.

Near the road so a bit of traffic noise, but not bad. Wish the pool was heated.

Noise from highway

This is the best value hotel I have found in Cancun. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The hotel area is nice and well-managed. It is close to the freeway, but you can't hear that when you are in your room with the a/c.

I like the place. It is close to the freeway and parking can be a little tight on the hotel grounds, but it's good. It is obviously not in "Zone Hotelera", but it is not very far from the center.

I loved everything. From the amazing staff, food, poolside afternoons. I loved it was outside the hustle and bustle of downtown Cancùn. 100 out of 10 would visit again.

I didn't like that I had to leave such a beautiful place.

Beautiful grounds very peaceful and relaxing. The guy who worked the night s reception from Argentina was an excellent host. The woman who worked day had a bad attitude and was rude.

Wonderful hosts, dinner, drinks, room, and pool! And, beautiful grounds.

Mosquitos!! But the hosts accommodated very well, letting us eat in doors and providing bug spray.

Great staff, very clean, good food.

The cost of a taxi to get to hotel.

Staff were very accommodating. We came in after dark and it was overwhelming and appeared a bit scary but more impressive the next day.

I had a language barrier and when speaking to set up transport to the hotel did not realize there was not English speaking person (sounds like an American right?)

Road noise, but being so close to the 307, can’t be helped.
