Royal Select at Grand Park Royal Cancún - All Inclusive - Adults Only

Great location. Our Butler, was amazing! She made sure our needs were taken care of. It was our anniversary trip, she went above and beyond to celebrate and decorated our room & sent deserts to us!

The adults only pool is all the way across the resort from the villas.

Not worth the price. Butler service and room service food were extremely poor and disappointed. Struggling to even get to use the advertised restaurants

Front beach location Villa! Balcony, clean room, some very friendly staff some not!

Sidewalk throughout the hotel was terrible uneven holes cracks needs to be replaced. The location was terrible no nearby stores malls or anything else to walk to.

Food options where excellent and a wide variety. Staff was phenomenal and very friendly.

Hotel is advertised as “adults only” and that is not the case, there are only adult only designated areas that were kid free. Pool area that was for adults only was excellent and made up for it.

Central location on the hotel row in Cancun and nice view of the beach. Had an upgraded stay but the check-in took way too long with all the upsells and over-explanations by the concierge staff. They were trying to be helpful but it was long process after arriving, and they were trying to get us in for some kind of timeshare presentation - bad timing for tired travelers.

Food options were mid... definitely catering to certain American travelers that don't like seasoning or spice. Kind of defeats the point of coming to Mexico, ya know? Thankfully we dinner reservations off-site. Also there was a huge cockroach in our upgraded room, and bathroom had a lot of wear and tear. Didn't like the upselling of the all inclusive vacation packages.

lot of cost savings, like no hot water, barely not cold, be prepared to keep filling your own drinking water, they don’t even give you sparkling water in mini bar, lot of restricted access areas even when we were so called vip (villa guest) we couldn’t eat at special restaurants for members only, which mostly was empty. gym has a lot of paperwork before you can enter and sauna and steam don’t work. staff can’t we remove the settings menu from tv as remote wasn’t with them for 3 days.

Great location, close to all the bars, just a 10 minute walk. Onsite facilities were great, food was exceptional. Staff were very friendly, Rey and Alvaro were very helpful could not do enough for us. Definitely going back

Everything was beautiful. The room was large and comfortable. The views were stunning. The staff and service were excellent.

The Grand Park villas are wonderful. They are far enough way to feel secluded but near enough to the rest of the resort to be convenient. The beach and cabanas are right there and all of it well maintained

The room was big, well furnished, and very comfortable. The hotel had a lot of amenities, great pools and beach. All four restaurants in the hotel are really good, especially the Italian restaurants. There were some constructions but did not bother us at all (didn't hear noise). Staff are all very friendly, and the servers are excellent. Special thanks to Carlos at the Italian restaurant for his excellent service, he made our dinner even more enjoyable. And of course, thank you to Jessica, our butler, for making our stay stress-free.

It was pretty

They had a ton of unmarked steps with no warning or lights or signs or railings and my mother ended up falling and breaking her knee and received no help from the hotel or any compassion. they then hired a fake doctor to come tell us it wasn’t broken and that she was fine and told us we weren’t allowed to keep the doctors report and if we wanted to get it sorted we would have to go with them immediately to the emergency room and pay 30 thousand USD. Overall really sus and on top of us checking out 3 days early because I had to rush her to the hospital back home (which they immediately told us it was broken with 10 mins with a real dr) they didn’t refund my nights saying I should just stay and that it’s not their fault.

The staff were nice and helpfull. The butler was the best.

The food was not very tasty. The hotel is outdated, not up to par for a 5 star hotel.

Our villa with a little pool overlooking the beach was wonderful. The housekeeping team were excellent. All the waitresses, waiters etc were excellent. Our reserved cabana on the beach was excellent. The beach is one of the best beaches I’ve been to.

1. The food is awful, probably the worst food I’ve ever had in a hotel which for me brings my overall rating right down. The food is either cold or luke warm and is bland! The speciality restaurants are no better either. Most evenings we went out of the hotel to local restaurants.2. The is NOT an adult only hotel! We assumed the whole resort was adult only but it only applies to the villas BUT there are families with small children in the villas. This was not what we signed up for!3. When we arrived, after a 10 hour flight, we were constantly harassed by sales representatives trying to sell you membership for a timeshare. They offer a special breakfast and then have their clipboard and pen ready for you to sign on the dotted line! Even though we were constantly saying we weren’t interested they still rang us in our room, harassing us further!

The staff is extremely friendly and attentive!

It is currently under construction, the food at the restaurants was not that great!

The staff has been exceptional and always ready to help every step of the way. We especially loved Edgar from Café Sole and everyone working there throughout the day—our favorite spot!The resort also offers a decent Italian restaurant, a Mexican restaurant (which serves seafood during the day), and a buffet option. However, I wish they had full room service available at night. Since we had several early morning tours, it would have been helpful if they could provide fruit or breakfast before 6 AM.Overall, it has been a great experience! More beach chairs on the beach would be a welcome addition.Thank you so much for everything!

Beautiful beachfront. Loved the cabanas. The Villas were very clean and the staff was incredibly friendly.

It had areas under construction. The front desk was often crowded.

The high pressure sales tactics to join the vacation club was uncomfortable.Staff was nice but lacked information.

Every one was so helpful and treated us so well though out the stay.

I stayed in A VILLA ocean front so the view from my room was amazing

The location is very good, the beach’s are a lot less busy than closer to the main strip, the pools were great as there’s an adults only pool and a family pool. The alcoholic drinks they offered were great as well, overall it’s a solid 8/10, only just missing on a 10/10 for the lack of variety in their food selection.

The downside of this lovely resort is the lack of variety in their food selection, the buffets sometimes had a strange selection of food, we stayed in the villas that were facing the beach and had a mini plunge pool, don’t get me wrong location was great and beautiful view but there was a lack of security for the room we stayed in as anyone could walk in from the beach and access the pool and our door, the back sliding door could do with another lock.
