restaurant, service at the beach= very slow

Beach was great

The shower kept turning off and had to close it and turn it back on so the water can come out again rooms seem little.outdated

The location. As the bus stop in front of the hotel was the pick up for amigo tours

The staff was not helpful. The room was not cleaned and I requested shampoo and no one brought it. the front desk did not have. They will give you a card for a pool towel. But they DONT tell you if you lose the card they charge $20. Expensive restaurant

The water and beach in front of the hotel were especially lovely. The location of hotel within Cancun is very convenient.

The beach was phenomenal

The rooms were outdated and our room did not have access to an elevator

The bed was uncomfortable. It was very loud and squeeky. Also, the mattress was hard on the hips and back. Time for a new bed.

The hotel was very clean, well staffed, and on a great location on the beach.

They did not put any washcloths in the room.

Hotel was fairly quiet, pool was nice. Location was pretty good.

They charged me "tax" when I checked in which was already covered by my prepaid booking. Breakfast food was not great, bread was extremely dry and stale, many food items were very greasy. Most staff was friendly but some were almost hostile.

Rooms are old and needs updating. Bathrooms very small and bed cannot fit two people comfortably.

Its in Cancun hotel zone.

I was treated poorly from the first 15 minutes of arriving.. I attempted to take a picture of the beach and security told me I could not take pictures? They have a poor system of advanced credit to get food paid for.

This hotel is excellent location wise and clean and should avoid trying to buckle and dime customers

The front desk staff is not honest

The only beach view. This is a very bad hotel I have ever been to.

The staff is not friendly. They just apologize looking somewhere pretending they are busy. Bad experience.

The place was beautiful and exceeded my expectations. It was peaceful, safe, and clean. It is a great location away from the party scene downtown but close enough to it that you can walk to all the clubs. Their beach is beautiful and very clean.

Location and overall setup of the hotel

Poor room service - not enough towels, and in-room food delivery was always delivered cold.

The location is hard to beat: You are practically on the beautiful Cancun beach! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful with all your needs! The standard double-bed room is roomy and clean!

The room is a bit outdated, but offers plenty of space! The towels could be more fluffy for a resort hotel, but it is not that important... The shower amenities also were not of the top level, but again, for a short trip it was a minor concern!

Location, beach and overall atmosphere

Lack of watersport opportunities, such as rental of standup paddleboards, windsurfers, or small sailboats or catamarans.

The staff was friendly and attentive. The room was clean and looked exactly like the photo. The grounds were beautiful.

The only issue with as the smell emanating from one of the rooms. It seemed like it was the most intense in the bathroom . It smelled like a milldew, but it may have just been the smell in the hotel zone in general.

Great facilities, really good location, and super friendly staff, my spacial thanks to staff at the reception.
