- Cleanliness
- Nice clean hotel. Nicely appointed. Close to MX Highway 307. V-close to a new upscale mall. The exercise/gym room was also very nice. The resto food was very good for both breakfast & dinner. The staff were very pleasant & helpful, as were the wait staff

Cons -
- A bit far from everything
- Didnt like the use of the room keys (cards) for using the elevator. I was twice stuck in the elevator (not air conditioned) while I awaited rescue. Is there a special way to use the elevator? It was never explained to us.
- It could be great if they have washer and dryer on site, which is very important for beach city like cancun, can't travel back with wet clothes.

The room was very nice. The breakfast was very good. The shuttle service from and to the airport was efficient.
If you want to go somewhere, like another restaurant, or if you need a pharmacy...there is nothing nearby. The only option is a taxi. It would have cost me $70 US round trip to go to a pharmacy! But a new mall is under construction next to the property.
