Imperial Las Perlas Hotel

we had long wait till they prepare us the room. The room has nice view but cleaning was not available all the time that we spent there. Food in the restaurant was not that much good.

Hard mattresses, no wall decorations, loud music from the restaurant, food was the same mostly and served cold very dated, got our check out date wrong and no apology.

Friendly staff; delicious, many varieties and plentiful food and drinks offered: nice beautiful scenery and location.

Everything was as expected. Not recommended for all-inclusive. Very limited food selection. Room does not include refrigerator microwave or safe box, available keyed secured box at the lobby. I'm sceptical about this idea.

The location was the best part of this motel- not a hotel

The fact that we got bed bugs was probably the most disgusting part. This place was in terrible shape. Broken beds, shower sprayed everywhere but down, no fridge or microwave. Leaks in the ceiling, mysterious puddles of ¿water ¿? In the bathroom floor¿

the location, the staff were polite and that they offer excursions like the other hotels

Nothing !the room was nasty no WiFi no cups for water plus no hot water in shower ! We ask to change room they say hotel is full we have to check out by 10 and than bring all stuff in lobby and when room ready we can transfer our stuff it’s so inconvenient not recommended for any one don’t send any reservation over there please

The bathroom didn’t have hot water and water pressure was very low. Room had no nightstand and only one plugging outlet was working. Tv would not connect to WIFI. Also only thing in room is bed and a small table they use as a nightstand.bathroom is old fashion shower head not working properly non refundable plus I just went for 2 days with my kids so just stay all day outside just come for sleep we don’t even take shower one day overall not acceptable!!

Didnt like it at all

The room had no dresser, fridge, or closet. The wifi barely work whennin the room. The photos on website and what it really look like is diff. Only Has one restaurant to eat. No snacks in lobby. Pretty sure i seen a sex traffic men looking for girls

I like that it was in a tourist area

The food was HORRIBLE , no seasoning , very unappealing to the eyes . It was like I was at a jail buffet

Disappointing experience – not worth $150/nightThe place does not have a real beach as shown in the photos – very misleading. The "all-inclusive" is not real either: for lunch, all they offered were burgers, and the overall food quality was very poor. You can get a much better and tastier meal at a local café for a fraction of the price.The pool was dirty, and the facilities were not well maintained. The only good thing was the friendly staff, who were polite and welcoming.Overall, definitely not worth $150 per night – save your money and look elsewhere.

The people that works there. They are very attentive. Very polite and respectful. Hard working people.

May be the beach but it wasn’t something that will stopped us from having fun.

The staff, with the exception of the check-in girl, was excellent. The beds were modern and clean.

We paid double what was agreed to because my 17 year olds were listed as under 2 in their records. The food was always cold and the same. The pool was dirty. Sometimes we were given 2 towels instead of 3. Our room had the biggest cockroach I've ever seen. Live Entertainment and Karaoke was advertised but there is none. Also advertises an Airport Shuttle and Massage but that was nowhere to be found.

Staff were wonderful! Hassel at the desk and Carlos in ding were so helpful and nice. Thank you for a great stay!

The food was fine and the staff lovely.

We did not like the cleanliness, the drunks by the pool which is close to the rooms, the police arriving to remove said drunks.

Only the location

When I come to the hotel,they are not friendly and very not available for help,and I knowing that is not all inclusive,on this moment ore they are the shour, either the hotel tricked me or the booking,at my future reservation I will keep more attention if i made again reservation with booking, and the price at end is more them I agreed initially, anyway Noone is more trustable anymore,Noone.
