Several services, including telephone calls, motorized water sports and the full-service spa are not included in the all inclusive plan. French menu is offered at Fisherman´s Restaurant for our guests satisfaction. By order of the local authorities, the hotel will charge a mandatory environmental sanitation tax of $79.20 Mexican pesos per room per night, which must be paid directly at the property. Family water park including slides will be closed for maintenance from May 2 to 31, 2025. Kids Paradise water park will be closed for maintenance from September 17 to 30, 2025. The “Kids Paradise” children’s club will be closed for maintenance from September 17 to 30, 2025. During these dates, all other services and areas of the hotel will continue to operate regularly and with an extensive program of activities in exclusive areas for children.
