Hotel Jardín Cancún

The floor was very clean ¿¿. And the room was spacious.

Donde estaba el jardin??? Powerful mildew odor was overwhelming. Cell like room had moldy ceiling and decrepit bathroom. Very glad we only booked the one night.

The hotel was quite dated and noisy, the room had 2 separate beds. The shower needs to be refurbished. Passabale for one night but not long stays

It was nice a really liked place,but they are scammers,they was charged from me 30$ extra it’s should be 170 they was charged 200 for some service fee or cleaning fee

I lost 6 nights; could these 6 lost days be considered for compensation? This situation was beyond my control.

Generally was good , but it will be better if they bought new sheets and towels. They are clean but too old and yellowed

The hotel is in a bit of a run-down residential street a few blocks from a main road. The room furniture has seen better days.

It was close to the Ferry, minisplit was awsome & cold.

The room was on the 4th floor, we had to carry all our luggage 4 stories, my husband has a bad back so he had to go up and down the stairs 2 times to bring all the luggage up, yes I did too.

My visit was medical and this was good spot to recoup. Room was comfortable with good AC. Location was off tourist track. More realistic Mexican then hotel zone. No English spoken. People were authentic. Friendly. More true Mexican vibes then tourist areas. Good value.

I couldn’t get cable TV to work but I doubt it had any English programs. The shower dripped.

Rooms looked as pictured. That's about all I can say. There was parking provided as promised. They gave us two beds as promised. The bedding, etc. looked as in the pics.

Terrible location. We felt unsafe. There were prostitutes hanging out a couple blocks away in a dark doorway and an adult video store next to that. We left after one night and forfeit our bill because of this. Traveling with a 2 year old, safety is a non-negotiable. The hotel claims to be in a safe and convenient neighborhood. I can't imagine staying there without a car. Luckily we had one. The price for such a hotel is outrageous. A total of $140 with taxes, etc for 3 nights. we were able to find something for not much more in the hotel zone - 10x better for a few more dollars! Don't waste your money here.

Everything good!

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. We forgot our cell phone in the room when we left and they held it for us for several days until we could return. Bed comfortable. Room clean and nice looking. In walking distance from ADO.

The hotel was not easy to find. No good eating in immediate area. Water pressure poor. Should supply top sheet and better pillows for bed.
