Only 20-30 minutes from airport. Large mall located across street with lots of food options. Room cleaned daily and clean towels added. Good security, guards at entrance, key card needed to access elevator, will only work for your floor and pool access.

Hotel is old. Key card didn?t work in one elevator. Beds extremely hard. Mold in shower, shower head clogged. Coffee maker didn?t work. Restaurant food good but very expensive.

The location was great for what I needed to accomplish.

First, my room looked messy. Second, I was on the second floor, and the balcony didn't lock. Third, I was moved to a new room, and the bathroom and shower smelled like urine. Finally, they lied about the room service hours, and the food was cold.

Staff is not friendly,put me on wait for 1 hour and didn't gave room, and also no proper response from staff and manager. They do oversell and don't accommodate guests

Pink Mold slimed all over the walls/floor of shower. Black Mold throughout the shower on grout lines. Shower water floods the bathroom when in use. Hair all over shower from previous guests. Shower water floods all over the bathroom floor when on.

Very Dirty and run-down Hotel with unhelpful staff that does-NOT-care. Shower has obviously not been cleaned in the last month+. Staff is rude and unhelpful.

Ibdidnt like thay the ac did not work. It was 29 degrees or 87 degrees F in the room. Called 2 times and could not sleep

Krystal Urban is located near by Mall and a lot places are walking distance. Hotel is clean. Front desk staff is helpful and friendly. Just took us a bit longer to check in as this was a very busy time of the day.

The cleanliness, our room looked like the first day checking in every day. Hotel employee kept our room spotless. The beds were comfortable, shower was perfect.

The girl who checked us in was rude, she was upset that we didn't want to pay US$ 22 per person for breakfast which seemed like would not get her a commission. She was rude, not at all the person you want to meet when arriving on the first vacation day.

It met my expectations of a 3.5-star hotel. The pool was very nice and not at all crowded.

I traveled to Cancun for some dental work and the hotel was about thirty minutes from the clinic. It would have been better to be located in the Hotel Zone where the clinic was located.

The White Towels Are Not White, They Are Now Grey In Colour ( look Dirty) They need to be Replaced with New Towels ! So, We Felt Compelled to Buy our own 2 Bath Towels for our Stay!!!

They charged me $72 daily fees at arrival. Some environmental areas of the room were not clean (curtains, chair, doors).Towels were very old, mirror was peeling off, door handles were all loose. Restaurant added not ordered plates to bill twice. No ice

Walking distance to street vendors allocation is away from tourist zone

Hotel management needs to look into front desk service, no need for long lineups just because your computer / cashiers/ front desk is outdated old school.

only worthest thing: hotel Kristal Urban Cancun locked the exsess to a room 703 on 12.01.23. and didnt let me go there, they pushed me to pay OVER AGAIN for one more night. Discusting .

Bed service in Kristal Urban Cancun. do not speak English, food in the restorant not delishes, untesty, menagers rood.

Within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Pool looked great but it was cloudy out so I didn't use it.

House cleaning did not honor the do not disturb sign and went into the room anyway when I was not there. Also it was difficult to find a taxi from this location

The room was clean and spacious, the hotel staff was very accommodating, this hotel is walking distance to the mall and restaurants in the area.

I didnt lkke that there are no chairs to use when you are one the balcony. That's why most guest want one to be able to sit out and enjoy the fresh air.
