Pros +

• The staff. All of the cleaning, cooking, luggage staff were wxcellent
• The overall setup of the hotel is good. 5th avenue is nice with all the different restaurants and shops. The beach is beautiful. Most of the staff at the bars, coffee shop and restaurants were really nice.
• Japanese hibachi restaurant was fantastic and nightly dance show was very good

Cons -

• The wedding planner needs to get another job . She didn?t allow cocktail hour to happen after the ceremony. She told the photographer and videographer to stop taking photos. Not right when first time being married on the beach . Should be compensation f
• The room was kinda bad. Low build quality. The toilet was dripping water. Even at night. Drove us crazy. The toilet door didn't close all the way. Both sinks were clogged. Sheets and floor were dirty. We complained 3 times and nothing was done about it.
• Beach riddled with garbage, pool weird design, couldn't find hydration anywhere as wait staff was very thin and bars were oddly placed. Great juice bar but it was a hike to get too isolated on the beach. Restaurants were mostly afterthoughts.
