- Staff was very friendly and service oriented Buffet had delicious food with changing themes on a daily base Rooms were very clean, but somewhat dated but well maintained - shower was updated with great water pressure

Cons -
- Food wasn't to good the drinks were watered down
- This is NOT a 5 star hotel! Beds were old and hard.
- We would have liked more music at the pool all day long. The music is great during the Riu entertainment times but is only barely noticeable the rest of the day. Wish they had teen club activities
