- Location and price
- The staff. The best helpful people in Playa Del Carmen. The location is perfect. Walkable. Between the beach and 5a Avenida
- The location, It's close to the beach for a cheap price.
Cons -
- There was a bar across the street that played extremely loud music with a ramped up bass tone that was exceedingly obnoxious, lasting until about 2 AM. I asked them to turn it down but they did so for only 15 minutes. It was like being in a speaker box.
- If they¿d invest in new linen, bathroom fixtures and SUN BLOCK curtains it¿d be. Much better place to stay and rest
- The AC didn't work like it supposed to and the pool not very clean, they need to work on that.
