Just a 5-minute walk from Playa del Carmen Beach, the Fabiola Condo Hotel has an outdoor pool and hot tub, surrounded by palm trees. Each air-conditioned apartment and studio has free Wi-Fi and a kitchenette. Brightly decorated, Fabiola’s studios and apartments feature cable TV and a private bathroom. The kitchenettes include a microwave, stove, and coffee maker. The apartments also have a balcony overlooking the street. The complex is in the center of Playa del Carmen, just 2 blocks from lively Fifth Avenue. You can find a wide variety of shops, bars and restaurants within a 5-minute walk. Free private parking is available at the Fabiola. Cancún Airport is a 45-minute drive away, and the staff at the front desk can arrange airport transportation for an extra fee.

A lot of great things to say about this hotel. Really like the security gate. When I checked in my room was ready. I had a huge room. Walmart is right up the street. So if you travel on the cheap like me this is wonderful. Full fridge in my room was nice.
So close to the discos but yet we couldn't hear the music all night.

A lot of great things to say about this hotel. Really like the security gate. When I checked in my room was ready. I had a huge room. Walmart is right up the street. So if you travel on the cheap like me this is wonderful. Full fridge in my room was nice.
