Pros +
- The Staff was by far the very best part! Very friendly
- Pool area was the best part of the resort.
- The entire property was clean & immaculate! The staff was friendly & always available to answers questions or help you out.
Cons -
- It was an all inclusive but many things were extra-you would find that out when you were at restaurants and they wanted to charge you for the nicer food. Super annoying! It was not communicated that there were different levels of all inclusive
- For an all-inclusive resort, it was very upsetting to not have a fully stocked mini-bar. We do not drink anything carbonated (Soda, beer, etc) and when we asked to have liquor and stuff to make cocktails in our room, we were not accommodated.
- There were 2 cats in the indoor/outdoor dining area of the seafood restaurant that were begging for food during our dinner. We are not cat people so it seemed annoying. Im sure the staff would had removed them if we asked. The food was still good though!

Pool area was the best part of the resort.

The staff went over and beyond to keep the resort clean and COVID safe. Masks were mandated, cleaning was a priority and plastic and gloves were used wisely. Hotel employee was so friendly and amazing
The location of the hotel is in the middle of a roughy neighborhood, beach is not private, no liquor in rooms, and the public has full access
