- The front desk is really nice, ready to help you with anything that you need for the hotel or even for what to do in playa del Carmen or where to find food that is not too expensive. Rooms where really clean. Thank you!
Cons -
- We checkout & we ask if we can leave our big luggage. the girl at front desk was rude and told us after 3pm it would be $40 for each bag. Crazy because what if your flight is at night like us, you have to carry your bags all day. Other hotel dont do that.
