The room is very spacious and clean. When I came in to front desk, a metal nut felled down from the upstairs, almost hit my head. ?

Clean and modern. Nice staff.

We had booked this hotel before, because it is well positioned for when you need to travel to Oaxaca coast without going to Oaxaca City centre. It is a modern comfortable hotel with spacious rooms and bathrooms, comfortable beds and all the modern conveniences. Very friendly and helpful staff, very clean and very decent breakfast (enough choice and very tasty).

It served our purpose twice, but if you are looking to visit Oaxaca, you may be better off in the city centre. Also, it was fairly cheap last time, but this time I had to pay significantly more.

2nd time staying here. Spacious room with good facilities. Nice breakfast included, and secure parking.

The breakfast was not all that but not bad at all just a little salty on the chilachilles, location was not my concern since I drove my car it was a little of the city center.

I just didn't like my room was to far from the pool and you have to go through the front of the reception out the parking to the pool to get there. So didn't enjoy the pool

Is a really modern one, I can even say is based in the Europe style B&B

The bed is really small for 2 ppl it can easy fit a bigger one due the rooms is super big

The towels on the room are old and small. They don’t have tissues and the TV didn’t work. The smell it’s not the best

new hotel, big room, quite clean, restaurant on the first floor. I liked everything except breakfast, breakfast is just a tick, it is better not to count on such breakfast and eat at the restaurant at your own expense.

It’s a modern hotel and the rooms are spacious. The staff are helpful and friendly.

The hotel is not great, on the surface things look fine, but we paid an absolute premium for a hotel that did not deliver.The gym is awful. It’s a room with hard floor, no mats, two bikes - both broken, and one treadmill and a few light dumbells, and no air con.The breakfast room is a conference room with a buffet. The hot food was ok, but it was really visually unappealing and not upto the level you’d expect for a 4 star hotel.In our room, our shower was broken, when we asked for someone to fix it, the staff responded straight away, but it didn’t get fixed as they didn’t have the part needed.The blind in our room had been wedged so it wouldn’t open, so we couldn’t see out of the window. They did also fix this quickly when we asked.Maybe if you’re there for business or really just need somewhere to stay, it’s fine, but definitely don’t choose this place if you’re on holiday to see Oaxaca. It’s a 10 minute cab ride to the centre. We walked there and back, which in some respects was great to see the real Oaxaca - and experience what most tourists won’t, but, the hotel is on a busy dual carriageway so it’s not the nicest of walks for at least the first 15 mins.

This hotel was close to everything I needed. Check-in was a breeze and staff was friendly and professional. The room was very spacious and contained more than enough towels and blankets for my family. We really appreciated the free parking and breakfast. The large window in the room allowed for plenty of natural light to come in and the room had an AC.

The free breakfast was very much appreciated but the food came out in small quantities at a time and we couldn’t all eat at the same time.

Lovely modern hotel, superb large room, with modern bathroom, good dining area & a superb 1st floor bar. Car parking right outside side entrance free. Good music in the bar was a bonus!

On a busy main road

Price vs Value. Safe underground parking.Breakfast included. Cleanliness and size of the room & bathroom.

N/AWe didn’t mind about its location outside the city center as we were just in our way to another place.

Nice, new hotel, very spacious rooms and comfy beds. Nice bar and good breakfast.

Hotel claims it is accessible for disabled, but the toilet doors can't be closed because there is no space enough for wheelchair and it's impossible to get into shower, the sink is also very inconvenient.

New and clean. Rooms are very spacious. Parking lot secure and under roof.

Location. It is not within walking distance. TVs are small.

Parking in the basement was just fine!

The breakfast was a buffet style breakfast in a large meeting room where desk-like tables had been arranged so that one could sit and eat. Although there was fruit, yoghurt, granola, toast, sweet breakfast buns, overcooked vegetables and scrambled egg, knowing this a would have gone into the heart of the city and get my breakfast at a shop.

Clean, great staff

Do not use Laundry service - our clothes came back faded, the colours are bleached :((
