One of the quieter locations in Oaxaca, a VERY noisy town.

AC went out in the evening and maintenance lied about repairing (replaced batteries in remote and didn't actually test, but the filter needed to be cleaned). Took the manager personally overseeing it to resolve the next day. Should be regular maintenance.

Very clean! The staff was friendly, the continental breakfast was delicious (chilaquiles & eggs both days), and they have an ice machine that works which is rare in Mexico. Also the pool was very clean and warm!

The jacuzzi was actually cooler than the pool.

the staff was accommodating,, spoke English and presented the hotel well during this period of COVID 19.

Breakfast! It was more American than Mexican, mostly bland and somewhat boring. Even the coffee was consistently weak, as was the hot chocolate. When we are in Mexico, we expect good Mexican food. There were good restaurants all around Oaxaca. Holiday inn needs to upgrade theirs

I booked it thinking it had a hot tub, but it’s a jacuzzi and doesn’t get hot at all. Bummer.

Nice hotel with good breakfast buffet and comfortable rooms. It is near to everything but not in the centre. The pool was clean and a bit heated, ready to swim even in October. We would love to come back.

The room had a smart TV but no internet connection was available, so no Netflix for kids.
