The hotel is in an excellent location, close to the square, restaurants and shopping.

The rooms are extremely small. They probably would not be suitable for two people. There are steps and no elevators.

The property is amazing. So unique, historic and very well maintained. Located exactly where you want to be. The Christmas display was memorable. A/C was cold bed soft, plenty of hot water. Bedding was comfortable. On location food and separate small bar

Confusing description of parking arrangement- I understood that the car must be parked by 5. When I arrived there was nowhere to unload luggage. And I needed to find my own parking till 5. There were no spots on the road. Desk less than helpful.

We booked for 2 people. Bed was a Full size only. Had to pay extra for a room with Queen size bed.

The Rooms are to small

We got the last room at last moment— they allowed dogs? and they found parking for our car!! And the location was perfect. Although breakfast was not included, it was great in a nice courtyard

Room was comfortable but small and with no windows. Hotel is quite large.

I loved the openess of the indoor spaces. The staff was very friendly and the restaurant was wonderful.

Location was excellent, the hotel is beautiful and the rooms are always very clean.

Maybe the size of the rooms and Parking lot that is closer to the hotel.

The double room we got did not have any windows which was very disappointing and feels very closed area, since it was only one night we did not care. Btu our initial plan was to stay for more days glad we did not do that on this property.

The hotel was located close to loads of restaurants and city attractions. Walking distance from the plaza.

There was no windows in the room. The bathroom did not have a door; restaurant pricey and outdated safe box.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, food generally good too! It's a beautiful and historic building. Overall, they do a great job cleaning and accommodating.

The pool is pretty cold and the location can be noisy. But it's close to everything, so that is just part of the deal. I asked for an interior room, which was totally fine!

We liked that the suit we stayed in was very spacious and clean. The hotel has art hanging on all the walls which you can buy if you like. The hotel is also very close to the center of the action. It’s approximately a five minute walk.

We stayed in the Presidential Suite because we needed enough beds for a family of four adults. The only thing that we didn’t like was that the room faces the street and you can hear every loud vehicle drive by. We were also awakened by loud fireworks celebrations at 4:00 a.m. The hotel can use better noise canceling windows and or walls.

Location is excellent, property is very well kept and clean. Room was small, but that is expected in an old historic building. Bathroom was modern

Hotel staff told me shuttle is free and can be arranged if advance notice is given. I told them the night before and an hour before my expected departure. I was told shuttle was not available and was forced to use a taxi or miss my flight. Taxi charge was ridiculous for the location and time to the airport. I felt robbed. :(

Noisy, had to move rooms, no elevator, small bathrooms, no refrigerators, no coffee maker.

Location, restaurant, presidential room and staff service was great!
