The location and access to everything is the best. All of the taxis run past it and you can walk out and are in the central of everything within a few steps. The staff is also great and very friendly

The hotel in the main areas is very clean, the room was not as cleanThere also should be a disclaimer that the hotel does not have an air conditioner in the room so that people that stay are prepared to sleep. Also the mattresses are rock hard

I loved that it was in the middle of everything, right at the Zocalo

The room was dirty, I saw a roach in the bathroom, and the shower had no water pressure.

the hotel location couldn't be better. Just near the zocalo. stuff were helpful and friendly. especially the woman in the mornings. all spoke good english

the room was small. it was facing an inner court with a roof abve it so there was no natural at all. you coudnt rell if it is night or day. there was a lot of noise from the guests on other rooms

The location is perfect, right by the main Zocalo. It's not directly in front which allows you to avoid all the noise. The room is small but cozy and the hot water is great. There is a mini-market next door and an Oxxo on the other side.

The internet was really bad, only a 2 mbp upload speed! I had a scheduled video call for work I had to cancel because the internet signal was too weak :( The window panels were missing in the bathroom and it opened up to a hallway. I could hear all the conversations from the cleaning staff and they could probably hear me as well.The bed was too hard.

Rooms are super small and I I asked for a queen bed and I got a double bed

I liked the location, right downtown close to go for a walk to shop.

I didn't like the fact that the sheets and covers were not clean, a lot of mold in the bathroom.

Very bad value for money. The staff is rather annoying, there is loud noise all night long in the room which comes from a supposedly broken engine of the hotel itself.

Only good thing of this hotel is the location.

It was centrally located. Right by the Zócalo. Rooms were clean.

Great location terrible service really dirty place bed super uncomfortable no hot water they don't care if people are sleeping they make lots of noises on rebuilding the place price ok but not for what you get I don't recommend really

Location. Right next to the main square. It's a good choice if you are happy to use it like a bedroom only.

It can be noisy. And there are rooms which have no ventilation to the outside, so we found that lobbies and hallways were quite cooler than the inside of the rooms.

bit too close to zocalo, can hear street bands and musicians at the restaurants more than I would like, hot and stuffy, old facilities, wifi does not work, expensive for what it provides

Nice and cozy hotel in the historic center of Oaxaca, next to the Zicalo. Everything reachable in walking distance, even the collectivos to Pochutla/Mazunte.

Covered second floor area with hamacs and chairs to lounge away from the sun.

Lack of ventilation in room although an immobile fan set towards you or you must turn it off and room is an oven. Room side above a speed bump so lots of traffic.

The beds are BRUTALLY hard, no Heat or AC. The windows are horrible, more like blinds that let all the hot (during the day) and cold (at night) air in and offer zero noice protection, so you can hear everything that is going on. Add that the the hard bed, and you will have very little sleep.

The hotel was greatly located, 1 minute from the zocalo and very close from the markets. Staff of the hotel quite nice.

The room was extremely noisy and I didn’t expect it not have any windows.
