Didn¿t have the king room we reserved, put us in a full-size room so small you couldn¿t even put a chair in there. Air conditioning very loud

Initial direct email inquiry was not responded; shower leaks to the floor; bathroom fan wasn't working which made the room very humid

The very friendly staff go out of their way to be helpful. My first room was quiet but with a very small window, but on request they moved me to a room with a street view. Occasional earplugs required but worth it.

Location is ideal, just one block from the Zócalo. Staff is very helpful and courteous. In-room wi-fi. Affordable.

Wi-fi was a little weak and I would lose the signal occasionally. But that is a minor issue.

Staff were wonderful! The hotel was very clean and nicely decorated. Hotel is very close to the zocalo - with a short walk to any shops, restaurants and concerts.

it would be good to have a large water dispenser available at all times. The rooms on the street, where it was quite noisy, had to have the balcony doors closed all day. It might be good to warn guests of that.

The staff is very nice and helpful. The rooms, breakfast/dining area, and the hotel in general are very nice. This is the seocnd time I stay here and it always meets my expectiations, it is also in a great area of the city.

Dated. No breakfast. No shuttle. We chose this hotel for the breakfast and shuttle to airport. neither was offered.

Facilities were very poor, different staff told us different taxi fares to the airport (250 to 350 pesos), room was not fully clean - we found a biscuit in the floor in the room

Very clean facility and staff was helpful booking taxi to airport, ordering extra towels, ordering drinks. Great location only two blocks from the main plaza and a few blocks from two markets.

Noisy inside and out. Lobby music played until midnight and, because of central courtyard, early morning staff setup resonated throughout the building.

Loved the location and the room was very comfortable.

We loved everything but the bed. The bed was a little small.

The architecture and decor of the rooms are beautiful. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. It is a short walk to the Zocalo. Breakfast was delicious. We will definitely stay here again.

It was clean, staff was polite, and descent continental breakfast. And it was so close to restaurants, zocalo, mercados, etc.
