Great location—just 2–3 blocks from Santo Domingo Church, in a safe and quiet neighborhood. All major points of interest are within walking distance through beautiful downtown streets.For a little extra, we upgraded to a spacious suite with complimentary bathrobes, comfortable sofa, private patio and among other extras, and it still cost less than hotels just a couple of streets away.The property is beautiful and features a very relaxing sitting area surrounded by trees and plants. The staff were welcoming and friendly.The attached restaurant was making handmade tortillas when we arrived for our meal, and the menu was reasonably priced.The bed was comfortable, and we enjoyed a quiet, high-quality night’s sleep. The shower had hot very water and great water pressure.I would definitely stay here again — 10/10.

The patio bar was closed but we got some beers at the near by grocery store and enjoyed a bit of unwind time at their beautiful patio setup.

Elegant,centrally located, Beautiful courtyard was a peaceful haven from the busy city streets.

A room next to the street was noisy but not all night. A room further away would be better, I imagine.

Cleanliness. Ease of Check-in. Room had a lot of amenities. Great location for walking to where we wanted to be. THe restaraunt in the buiding had a phenomenal breakfast. Great water pressure and overhead dump shower!

The bed was very stiff. I like stiff beds too, but I would have liked a bit of a soft topper.

Place was beautiful. Very simple and accommodating. Staff were super helpful.

Restaurant was good, just didnt have a ton of options for vegans.

Patio in junior suites wasnt fully private (had bars to hallway) but my friends was private.

The location was excellent, being in close proximity to cafes and Centro provided plenty of choices

The WiFi in the room was patchy, however in the courcourtyard it was excellent

Location! also the place is pretty, is very nice and clean, the AC in the room is awesome! most if the staff very helpful and nice.

The wifi was too glitchy, there were areas within the room with no connexion which I find odd, also the way to operate the TV was confusing with two remotes and hard to turn on and off so I gave up on using it. I think it will be easy to fix that.

Great location. Clean and comfortable. I have stayed here many times and it usually is very quiet. This is first time I stayed on first floor and it was intermittently very noisy (people staying up late in the central courtyard talking loudly, pounding on the front door for access late at night). I will definitely stay here again but will ask to not be on the ground floor (which does mean lugging suitcases up stairs). Staff slightly less attentive to who is coming and going (more focused on looking at cell phones) but helpful when asked questions and very pleasant.

No elevator--expected, but older family members found it a bit difficult.
