Pros +
- The entire staff was super friendly and welcoming. Very social hostel, rooftop was amazing, and highly recommend all the tours. The food tour and Lucha libre were my favorite and Dany was the perfect host ?
- Really nice hostel with good facilities and activities.
- Great location, comfortable beds, nice rooftop bar. A lot of social activities and very friendly staff!
Cons -
- I had to get up early for tours both days I was there and there was loud music playing in the lobby (right outside my room) until late, so it was hard to sleep. Definitely more of a party hostel.
- The female dorm is right next to the rooftop/bar, which didn’t seem as safe, and the music and noise from that area is pretty loud, which was frustrating at night

Great location, comfortable beds, nice rooftop bar. A lot of social activities and very friendly staff!
A lovely rooftop area with stunning views, nice beds with curtains and plugs, spacious lockers for luggage, clean bathroom

Beautiful property with a great private room that we booked. Staff were very helpful and the bar was fun and had good vibes!
Nothing!
Friendly and social vibe. Helpful staff. Comfortable and clean private room. Great location. Good value for private room.
Shame the bar wasn’t open the one night we were there.
It was very social, they offered tours. They hosted different get togethers on roof top bar. If you aren't into that beds with the curtains make them private. I enjoyed the fan as well for white noise
Honestly nothing
The staff is very helpful and friendly. There are a lots of activities e.g. Hierve el Agua. Everyday there is a group table with the newbies. This makes it really easy to connect with other travelers. The location is perfect, everything is in walking distance.Room was very clean and it is nice that every dorm has its own bathroom. The rooftop is the perfect place to enjoy a drink after a day full of activity.
Beautiful single room with king bed and ensuite. The location was perfect.
The room was right next to the cantina so a bit of noise until around midnight most nights. But it wasn’t too bothersome. The cantina is very overpriced for drinks and coffee but it’s handy to have something right there. The cost for the private room was similar to many local hotels. So not any added value to staying in the hostel if you are looking for a single room. The trips the hostel organizes sell out fast so we didn’t avail of this.
Friendly staff and a bunch of activities to meet people
There was window in my room but didn’t have the option to open it. Would’ve being lovely to do it to ventilate the room during the day
Wonderful staff! Great location close to the centre. Daily tours/activities. Clean, comfortable rooms with ample storage for luggage, fans, and outlets to charge your phone.
No communal showers (the ones in the dorms are good but more available showers would have been nice). Could use more "cozy" spaces to chill out in - the rooftop bar is cool and the lobby had seating but some hammocks/lounge furniture would be a nice touch.
Great staff, location and amenities
Wi fi could be a little better in the dorms
Beds were nice and comfortable. There is a kitchen with a refrigerator if you want to prepare food for yourself
There are not many spots to eat your own food on the ground floor where the kitchen is. You’re not allowed to smoke on the terrace on the roof for no reason. You have to leave the property to do so. Prices of drinks are too high
clean, location, staff
Very clean, friendly staff, great location.
The property is in a beautiful historic building with an amazing terrace. It’s spacious, well decorated, and clean. The property was in a central location, very convenient, surrounded by many wonderful dining and shopping options. By far what made the stay memorable was the staff - especially Danny, Erica, Monse. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and genuine. Some of the kindest, warmest people I’ve ever met. They never hesitated to go out of their way to ensure I was comfortable and felt welcome. After one month there I met many people who had the same positive experience with them— true standouts who elevated the whole experience from day one until my last day.
The only down side to my entire stay was a rude and unfriendly bartender named Paola. I walked up to the bar and she was on her phone and didn’t acknowledge me at all. I was the only one there. I walked away and she still didn’t say anything but continued on her phone. She ended a rooftop activity where everyone was having fun by abruptly turning off the lights saying she had to go home and was not friendly or kind about it at all. She made everyone there feel like an inconvenience. She clearly doesn’t understand the concept of hospitality. No idea how she stays employed. Avoid her and you’ll have an amazing time.
Very clean. The staff were pretty helpful. It wasn’t so social but it’s not hard to make friends if you sit in the common area. Breakfast is paid and took a long time to make but it was actually really good. But if you’re trying to get somewhere early, would recommend getting breakfast elsewhere. They have a room where you can store your stuff if you’re checking out but not leaving
The rooftop and how affordable it was
There were ants in my bathroom the first two days i was there
The vibe, the activities, the bar, location, cleanliness.
The WiFi is very poor. Aircon would be nice but it's ok with out in April, might be harder in hotter months
Good location near the ADO bus station, clean, rooftop pool
