Wonderful and spotless Rooms, great location, few blocks from the Zocalo and markets. Staff friendly and after experiencing a hiccup with across the street bar, staf delivered a tray with cookies and a nice note. We had room 103.

We were given the wrong room, in which tv did not work. The next night we were switched to the correct room however there was a leak above one of the bed, therefore were switched again. I was not offered compensation for not receiving the room I had originally paid for, and having to move to smaller room.

Staff and location were excellent

Room was on the street and noisy. The courtyard was not kept clean. We were right behind the front office and could even hear the office phone ringing. No breakfast was provided. I was charged for some milk for coffee in the room (which had only chemical whitener). The listing claims a hotel shuttle but really they just call a cab and it costs more than hailing one yourself.

Needs to be better maintained. Peeling paint and cold showers. There were also issues with my reservation which were frustrating to get resolved.

Awesome location! Super close to everything, many places to eat! Could walk everywhere only had to get taxi from and to airport! Staff at property was super attentive to our needs.

Great antic building, fresh and clean, close to everything, easy to walk around.

The staff are very accommodating in everything. We loved the atmosphere and the proximity to the zocalo. We in Oaxaca for an eye surgery which made staying here very close to the clinic and hospital. The staff were so genuine in doing their best to make our stay comfortable.

Beautiful hotel with historic interest and architecture. The room was comfortable with nice linens, great shower, toiletries, and wi-fi/TV. Open air seating places were plentiful, loaded with greenery, and well situated. We appreciated the mezcal and chatting with the manager about it. Despite being in a busy, central location, the room was very quiet. Air conditioning was perfect too. The hotel staff helped us arrange for a tour with ease and efficiency.

We had a room with two double beds, but no comfortable seating in the room. The towels were pretty old and thin. We would have preferred a room with easier access, with fewer stairs, and were not aware the room would be on the upper floor when we booked. We did not eat in the restaurant because of the plethora of excellent dining options in the city, often for a better value.

Very quaint, quiet, and convenient! Centrally located. Service was outstanding. Very friendly and attentive. Front desk 24/7 with secure locked front door for anytime in and out access. Very safe. Juan Carlos and Gabriel were the stars of the property who made you feel like friends in their home. The decor was really cute. The feel was like a Bed and Breakfast. Highly recommend this property!

Location was superb, breakfast was on point, the service staff was attentive

the room had no desk, and noise from courtyard will spill into the room. the safe in the room was very small.

My cousin and I loved the food in the courtyard. Ricardo and Juan Carlos took superb care of us and really enhanced our stay.

The hotel has this amazing shared area where you can have breakfast or drinks and dinner ! Everyone was very welcoming and kind. We had a very nice stay,the spot of the hotel is in a very convenient spot and it is very quiet as well!

The photos don’t do this wonderful hotel justice. We had a lovely stay here, the building has been tastefully and sensitively renovated. The rooms are very big and well equipped bathrooms. Ricardo and his team in the restaurant and kitchen are fantastic. He is a wonderful host sharing background in food and recommendations for restaurants and things to do. They made our stay very special. Location is very convenient for exploring the centre of town and getting out on day trips.

Easy walking distance to the zocalo. Beautiful colonial property with a central courtyard. It’s pet friendly with a $400 charge for our dog. Friendly and helpful staff.

There is parking outside but it was full when we arrived so I parked nearby in a parking lot. In the evening there were children running around and screaming, so the noise travelled to our room easily.
