Staff played very loud music early in the morning. Written description about the aesthetic is over rated. Just ok.

The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was large with a great shower.

Loud music by staff; dark rooms could use more light, average food, tv viewing options poor unless you had a personal subscription; no live tv.

Superb staff- helpful, friendly and outgoing to make our stay special in every way- offers,Suggestions, coordinating drivers, tours, excursions etc. Always available with a smile to support! Rooms are modern, well appointed, perfectly clean and newly furnished and the hotel is in a perfect location just blocks from all the sites and wonderful Oaxacan restaurants.

The hotel staff is very attentive and genteel. Most do not speak English clearly, but make an effort to please. It’s close to some good restaurants and easy to walk into Centro. Breakfast is generous but coffee is not very good. They have drivers available when needed.

If you plan to use Nespresso machines in room, bring your own capsules. They are rather stingy and don’t carry enough.

me and my friend had a great time and the hotel was wonderful : the location was super central and the saff went out of their way to be helpful. The interior aesthetic was stunning

the drilling and banging started before 7am and continued for hours : we discovered this was from the property next door but it went on for the time we were there : they did offer to move us but as only there for another day and had unpacked decided to bear with itThe staff were very apologetic and there was nothing they could do: to be honest I was up anyway, but if this was a romantic break or if you like a long-lie then may want to check with the staff that the work has been completed

Lovely staff welcomed us, made us feel at home. Rooms are well appointed but definitely small.

The hotel was good and staff was friendly and helpful. The location was a bit outside of the main area with attractions in a part of town with crumbling buildings. To make up for distance disadvantage, the hotel offered free taxi within a certain radius. We never used the service as it appeared cumbersome to arrange. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast apart from the thin coffee was great. The room was quiet but small.

I will improve breakfast coffe and meals. Also the bar service need improvement. More options, improve quality of meals and quality in drinks.

The staff was incredibly helpful, kind and supportive. We had had a bad Airbnb experience and they immediately showed us a number of rooms, allowed us to pick the best one for us out and sent a driver for all of our things. The beds were very comfortable, great showers, sweet turn down with sweets, yummy breakfast as well. We felt like part of a family in a positive way while being there, a very special crew and place? the location is perfect as it is close to everything but a quiet street.

This is a fantastic boutique hotel. The staff is extremely attentive and helps out with whatever is needed. Free transportation around town is a great bonus. Rooms are very comfortable, combining a Oaxacan charm with perfectly-situated amenities. Location is great too. Within walking distance of town center while being in a neighborhood just away from tourists. Feels very safe. Walked home at night many times. Rarely have I encountered such a wonderful set-up where I felt both at home and taken care of. Thanks to wonderful staff. Will be back.

The staff were fantastic and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, including helping me out finding emergency dental treatment (and driving me to it). The location was great; a couple of blocks out from the centre of Oaxaca which made it a little quieter from road traffic. The room was lovely and modern and the roof terrace was cute - also the barman made the best mezcalitas we tasted in Mexico!

Very little, the room was a little noisy at times because the style of all the hotels in Oaxaca is rooms set around a central courtyard and ours was near the reception. I would encourage the hotel to replace the window in the bathroom with an extractor fan to limit the need to open the window and resulting noise.

Very clean, nice facilities - lovely small rooftop bar where breakfast is served. Staff are lovely, friendly and couldn’t do enough for us.

Large room with quality bed linen and fixtures and fitting, lovely bathroom great air con. Amazing welcome, super helpful staff, fab rooftop bar and great setting for breakfast which was lovely.

The location was perfect a few minutes away from the action but in a more quiet part of town. It’s a brand new property and we had a nice room in the back far from the street.

We liked everyone staff was very helpful and they offer complimentary car service within 2 miles from the hotel which is very convenient

Jasmine the day Manager was a highlight, she is extra friendly, helpful and attentive!! Hotel staff overall were friendly and accommodating. The hotel provides car service to and from the airport as well as in the city limits for free. a big bonus.

Not a lot of public space to use outside of the rooms and the rooms don't have much other than a bed and dresser. Our larger room only had one chair to sit on. But the place was very nicely newly renovated , tasteful and very clean. Large spacious bathroom too. .

The staff were fantastic, great location and room has everything we needed.

Maybe a little bit loud being so close to reception, but only a minor annoyance.
