The bathrooms! Clean but very old. The shower doors are very sticky and difficult to slide open.

It was in a good location of central Oaxaca but the photos on the website were deceiving. I booked three rooms for 3 nights but we only stayed one night. The interior was old and becoming dilapidated. The bathroom fixtures were bad. The shower was yucky.

In disrepair and outdated; not quaint like the pictures made it look to be. One of my friends found a little critter in her bed. This ruined her sleep!

Everything was clean and easy access

The day before they accepted my request for a early check in but when we arrive they didn’t have the rooms available and at the end they charge us 1,000 pesos to use some other rooms a couple of hours at the end we didn’t stay there because of that issue

Restaursnt and staff was very good

No hot water, they moved us after 2 nites. Noisy road. Lots if traffic, uphill walking

We liked the location, it had a private bathroom and parking. It was a bit noisy since it was on a fairly busy road but was good value for pricing.

Location was excellent, walking distance to the city. Easy to find, easy and fast check-in process. Enough space and very good price.

Poor water pressure in the shower, and for a stay for 4 people not enough toilet paper was left, not even one full roll.

It had secure parking . But , it was very difficult and not very accessible

The location is on a busy traffic street. The room was poorly lit. Room was outdated , TV didn’t work, no hot water , to shower . Dull , uninviting room.

Good location, historical center in walking distance. The personal was very friendly and helped us out.

Room was extremely small, 2 people couldn't even move in the same time. Under the bed it was very dusty. Furniture is very old and there was no real windows in our room.

The location was very convenient

It looks better on the picture and when we arrived the room I have booked through booking was occupied from some reason and they gave us a room in parking level basically without window or a view, we asked to change it and we got smaller room but with balcony

Location of hotel is good, close to the center

It was very loud, sounds no windows installed and furniture, bathroom already very old .

The entire staff was wonderful and helpful. The breakfasts were very good and large/filling.

It is on a hill and in order to get to Centro you will have to walk down and up that hill. PLUS it is a very loud hotel. The windows aren’t well insulated and it is on an active bus route. The street outside is loud with traffic. There is no safe in the room.

The rooms are cozy and offer a desk and plenty of outlets to charge all your devices. Great windows in the bedroom and bathroom, and the staff was literally amazing and gave me three beers for the the price of one at my other hotel. The man at the desk spoke perfect English.

Nothing could have been better, for $40usd this hotel is unbelievable.

Good location, 5 minutes walk to the center. Bed was comfy. Good secure parking.

Bathroom is ok but could do with a make over.

The location was about a 15 minute walk to the main centre of the city, and we had a secure private parking lot for our car (although it’s small so make sure you call ahead of time to ensure there is a saved space for you). Affordable to take a cab back to avoid walking up hill from the city. It was comfortable and had everything we needed for a short 3 night stay.

WIFI didn’t reach in the back of the room, and we had the room right next to reception so we heard a lot of noise and people as the walls are paper thin. Ear plugs helped. Shower pressure was extremely low and needs to serviced or completely changed for another shower head. Maintenance needs to be done in the rooms as you can see some mold in the bathroom. Shower also took 10 minutes to get hot, so we felt there is a lot of waste of water in this case, and it should be checked.

Very friendly reception service. Did not use much of the other services, as the hotel is within walking distance of city center, where lots of activities are waiting to be discovered.
