Modern, clean, amazing location, and great staff.

Fantastic location right outside the old city part and near plenty of coffee shops, shops and restaurants.Quit at night, great (small) swimming pool and terrace on the first floor.

The check-in process was rather slow.We tried the food once at the pool, a guacamole, and it was not nice at all.

The overall services inside the Hotel We were 3 persons but they gave us only two set of towels Every day we asked for one set more but they never prepared the room for 3 The attitude’s of the people of swimming pool bar was not emphatic at all Unfortunately not a great experience

Friendly helpful staff

Small room, especially compared to the pictures. Having booked via booking.com, I had the impression this had an impact on the size of room we got.

Loved that it was all pink. Has a great pool on the roof. The center courtyard is wonderful for pre dinner drinks. Would definitely stay here again.

The service at the bar was very slow. Kind, but slow.

The hotel is located in a vibrant neighborhood of artisans and cafes. Easy to walk to the centro plaza and markets.

Stylish, quiet and very clean. Well positioned in interesting and very safe barrio. Easy walking to all main tourist and cultural attractions. Excellent staff and a beautifully created atmosphere. Buffet breakfast at weekend was excellent and live marimba music made it a magical moment.

The staff at the breakfast could have been more attentive and organized.They were not focused on the guests.

It was so noisy! The maid service started really early most days and was so loud. The hallways were tiled and so it was noisy when they were pulling the trolleys to the rooms. If anyone checked out etc was also really loud with people leaving rooms. We were woke up most days from noise within the hotel before 8am, a few times there was quite a lot of noise in the middle of the night. On our last day a musically performance to accompany breakfast started before 10am which we thought was ridiculous

No breakfast included, it was to expensive, small room and bathroom.

I stayed in the hotel because of the architecture and design, and the hotel has nice parts… the room is modern

The hotel is too expensive for what it offers. And it didn’t even include breakfast. Even though the architecture is special, very modern mexican, the reception is in a small corner and not welcoming at all. People at the reception were also not very welcoming and not helpful. I asked where the room was and she told me where I could find the elevators but it turns out that the room was on… the groundfloor. Initially they gave me a room hidden in a corner with a window to the patio… with no privacy nor light. Then I asked to change and got one one floor above with a window to a corner inner patio that never sees any light. The room didn’t even have a small fridge. And last but not least the hotel is quite far away from the centre and all attractions.

Fabulous location and quite a pleasant environment. Clean. Excellent parking.

Rooms were ok, but basic. No fridge and borderline effective AC. Staff OK but not great.

The design of the hotel is great. Comfortable beds and great locations. Bathroom and water pressure were top notch.

Staff were not the friendliest and not very efficient. For example, we asked for a taxi to be booked for the airport and they never did it. Other requests had to be asked multiple times.

Location, excellent proximity to centro, restaurants, cafés. Streets lined with brightly coloured buildings, so many to look at and surprises around each corner. Jalatlaco is full of incredible restaurants, too many to choose from. La Sirena Bichi a favourite. Little time spent in our accom as there is too much exploring to do

The hotel is beautiful, staff was amazing, kind and promptly attended all of our requests.Overall the stay was great.

The pool needs a little maintenance. I didn't like on the bar's happy hour they mention you have to buy food to apply the promotion only when they've already brought the drinks.
