Staff, view, ( no view ) parking space

Breakfast was fairly good.

Dinner was overpriced, and of poor quality.

Clean, comfortable, and a good location, uphill from city center, so easy walk to City Center.

Only one comfortable chair in a room w 2 beds. Hotel.staff was not friendly. We stayed a week and were not greeted by the front desk staff. We checked out early and walked out to catch our taxi and the gate was locked. How did he expect us to walk out ????

Good location just out of center and easy access. Spacious room, incredible view of the city! Bed was comfortable, water pressure in the shower was good, staff were always smily and willing to help. Was clean and well equipped.

Gym is small with limited options, don’t expect much.

Close to the centrum, very nice hotel, and nice view in the room of the city.

Everything was okay.

The hotel was always well kept. Most of the front staff were very nice and helpful. The valet folks were always very helpful. I loved the restaurant - we only had one server who wasn't very friendly but all of the other staff all other times were excellent. The food in the restaurant was excellent, everything from the omelettes, to the soup the mole,, the goat cheese salad was AMAZING and my absolute favorite, the salmon dish was not as good as I had hoped. The view from our room was spectacular. Coffee and water refresh every day was nice.

The hotel was a bit far from the centre, 15-20min walk is ok but with the slope it was a bit tiring after a full day walking outside in the heat. The room keys would stop working on some days. My friends who were with me had their keys stop working almost every day.

The pics of the rooms catfish you. The rooms are like a Motel 6 on top of a luxury resort . The rooms do not match the lobby ascetic or view

Rooms had all the amenities, staff was lovely, kids loved the pool, and we enjoyed walking around the neighborhood. Excellent value.

Good hotel, good value, friendly staff.

Road noise on the highway side, keys not coded properly at check in so had to return to the desk, reception unintentionally tried to overcharge when processing the payment but I caught it.

Good value for money. Clean. Beds comfortable. Fantastic air conditioning, very quiet and effective. Pool great for cooling off, has a decent size. Our rooms faced the back and not the front, which faces a major road with traffic, although I think those were also pretty quiet. The hotel is not far from the city centre and we walked to the centre in the morning and took a taxi in the evening to get there. Taxis are everywhere and cost about 80-100 pesos.

The POOL and restaurant and room service. The Behl hops were great .Restaurant was very nice and loved that I didn’t have to leave the hotel to eat. Great view of the city, Room very spacious. Loved the breeze coming in from the first floor.

Disappointed by the front desk response to two questions I had. First question, can you find the mass time for Templo san Domingo….. the front desk person told me she didn’t know and to Google it. I had been trying to google it but with no luck, since she is a local I thought they would be able to find the answer in different way. 2nd question, ask for recommendations for any travel companies to Monte Alban…. He told us he didn’t know of any and to wait until 7am and go in front of the hotel on the street to find someone who is selling tours.I don’t expect front desk to know all the answer but attempt to answer the question is appreciated.Other recommendation is to have pool open from 8am -9pmLastly, recommend getting rid of the tv in the restaurant it blocks the view and they were playing music videos that were inappropriate, with women showing off their bodies and scantily clad

we went to have dinner next door for a meeting at victorias... next time I'll try fortin's

receptionist didn't smile or welcome you as cheerful ...almost like it didn't like its job

They were doing makeovers all morning and I couldn't enjoy the stay or rest at all. The noise was really awful
