The WiFi was extremely slow. Needs to be upgraded.

We stayed for a week in February. The hotel was simple and clean, and served a very nice Oaxacan breakfast. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful whenever we needed help. We were out to the beaches most of the day, and it was nice to be able to walk to many restaurants and stores after outdoor activities. It is a lovely hotel.

The hotel was located close to the beach. It was really clean, a bit outdated (which we expected) but very clean. The room was cleaned daily and they changed everything.

This not specifically for this hotel, but tin general most restaurants do not have vegetarian food so you have to eat side dishes. Not a deal breaker, we did found a nice little cafe called Casa de Caffe that had that so … problem solved.

It was by the beach.

The shower had mold, there was also a lizard inside. The shower did not have a screen on the window. The sliding door didn’t fully lock.

Location was good. Room was clean.

Good location. Very good breakfast at that small restaurant by the pool and very good service from the girls that attend it.

The first room I got was very dirty on the walls… in general is … very basic architecture… they don’t put any effort on making it look cozy. They changed my room and this one had at least clean walls.

the location is excellent, a 2 minute walk to the beach. Only 1 employee attempted any english, regardless my attempts at spanish.

It really felt like we were'nt wanted there. Not a good feeling on a christmas vacation. The lack of friendliness and the level of cleanliness were the two major problems. Mouse poop on top of the closet area, mold in the shower area, splatted bug guts on the walls of the main room as well as the shower walls the whole time we were there. I had to ask for a coffee maker and mini fridge, Benngamin was helpful in that instance. I have photos but im not able to add them?

The hotel was a few steps from the popular swimming beach and restaurants. It was very clean and the air-conditioner worked well. Plenty of space to place clothes and bed was very large and comfortable.

There was a problem with my booking when I arrived. They didn't have it and despite me showing the confirmation information from booking.com, it took 30 minutes in the heat to resolve it. But the attendant was very nice and did her best. No English speakers made the issue slightly more difficult. There was no hair dryer in the room or available at the desk. No shelf/counter/table in the bathroom to put anything. All of the rooms were centered around the courtyard pool so it was quite noisy. The lighting in the room was just two small overhead fluorescent bulbs, so not very relaxing and not enough light to work. Please know there is no refrigerator or microwave in this room and there was no ice available, which seems pretty consistent with hotels in this price range in Mexico.

The reception was very serious.

Did try the breakfast as there was construction going on right next door, so would have to sit and eat listening to the noise. The location was good, close to the beach.

There was construction going on right next door. They started to work at 7:00 a.m in the morning and most days stopped at 6:00 p.m. Wouldn't use the pool for fear of something from the construction sight following on top of you. We feel that people should be advised of this when booking a room at this hotel. We feel that the hotel should lower their price, under these circumstances or book a different location.

Staff is very nice! rooms and the pool are very clean, the location is great (close to stores and less than a hundred meters of the beach). Will definitely come back here.

It was clean

The Wi-Fi was slow. Many concrete hotels run into this problem. Concrete buildings really need 5G for customers who are plugged in.
