Yuu-Lee Casa Bendita Huatulco

The room and bathroom were clean. There was AC, there was wifi. The towels were fluffy. The reception spoke English and check in was fast.

This is not worth the price. This is supposed to be a 2 star hotel and was not even up to that limited standard, I guess its 2 stars onlybecause it does have AC, wifi and a balcony. I ended up leaving and paid just a little bit more for a 4 star hotel on the beach. The handrail to the second floor rooms was covered in peeling shaggy old electrical tape that had straps of tape hanging off it and was sticky where the tape peeled off. Under the ac unit in the room there were rusty orange drips and orange discoloration on the wall. The curtains to the balcony looked like a battle had been fought with them. These 3 things aren't hard to fix, but no one seems to care that it makes the place creepy and very unappealing. Looked like a zero star hotel.

Staff was wonderful made the stay ?. Owner threw big party at night.it was way to loud ? for people who pay to sleep ?. Very disappointed he was so thoughtless!!!.

Loud band playing all nite.. could not sleep. Owner was so thoughtless!!!! Staff kept apologizing for his mistake. Heard manager is leaving. She was awesome and will be better off elsewhere. We won't be back. To bad there's no zoneing to forbid all the buses parking there!

A very quiet location at the end of a street. A balcony was a nice touch. The hotel has outdoor seating with it's restaurant and serves delicious breakfasts. There is only a 400 meter walk to the beach. Warm water in the shower.

There was an odor in the bathroom. A steep stairs to the 2nd and 3rd floor.

The staff at the front desk were delightful as well as the restaurant staff. The location was great for the beach and restaurants

This property has a great location and the staff are exceptional. The bedrooms are basic which o was fully expecting for the price, but importantly they have ceiling fans and air conditioning which was much appreciated as it can be very humid on this coast. The restaurant next door is excellent for breakfast/brunch and packed out at weekends.

The Hotel looked nicer in the picture. In reality it was an average hotel with basic room and comfort. The highlight was the stuff. Very friendly staff. Also, they let me check in early, which I appreciated very much.

Location very good only a 10 minute walk to busy Harbour area, with plenty places to eat & drink Nice breakfast bar next door.

No mirror in bathroom & shower boiling hot only, i think they had a problem with cold water as toilet wouldnt flush next morning

The hotel had an authentic feel and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The location is excellent and I appreciated having a balcony. The restaurant below was one of the best breakfast places in town.

The shower didn’t have any hot water. There was also no shower curtain so the entire bathroom got wet. The birds were lovely outside but prepare yourself for early morning wake ups!

There was construction happening when we visited and it was very loud so we couldn’t be in the room except to sleep at night.

Noisy from the building at the back of the property - they are adding extra rooms. All day building work including Saturday Also noise from evening ‘party bus’ that drives right byNet window in shower so noise from corridor

Wow a lot . I left after one nite and booked w airbnb instead.Extremely loud guests nite and early morning, no hat water till next day. ants and mosquitos in the room , no floor mats in the shower , loud construction in the morning, no hand towels , head and shoulder packaged shampoo. no cffe maker in the room ( did have cffe at 7 am tho ) . bad pillows .

Arrived hot and sweaty and was offered a warm welcome and a glass of cold water by the restaurant staff. Monica, the hotel manager, was absolutely delightful and welcoming. She speaks good English, but allowed me to practice my not-so-good Spanish. Room was great - very comfortable. Location was quiet but close to Sta Cruz beach and amenities. We had a delicious breakfast there one morning.

Nice hotel with a cafe, with delicious breakfast. Room spacious with balcony. Location close to the center and the beach, but not too close. Walking distance to different beaches and nature reserve.

The personal is very friendly. The room was clean and equipped with air-conditioning. It is only 5 minutes walking distance from the beach.

They are expanding on top, which meant construction noises from 8 a.m. onwards.

I didn’t like that our room was probably fresh painted and the smell of the paint was very unpleasant. Also there is a construction building so it’s noisy from very morning.

The internet was very slow. if you are on vacation it is not an issue. I had to work while there and it was a challenge.

Easy walking to beach area. New heat pump/ AC kept room cool. Friendly helpful staff.
