The property was clean and the staff were great. The rooms need to have mini fridges in them so people can keep beverages cool

Not as good as it could be, but if you order off the menu, I would give 6 out of 10

The Smorg was cold And the display to get to the Smorg was on backwards so very difficult to reach food!!

We enjoyed the beautiful property, location and wonderful staff.

Great price, good location. Nice pool with lovely staff. Room was just off the pool deck. Basic amenities including AC and a safe in the room.

The room didn’t have much furniture and only one bed side table.

Very clean … Great location walking distance or local bus service to a local beach, downtown, supermarket … Great swimming pool and reasonable local inside related restaurant …

Breakfast was good for it price, and the location was great as well as we could walk to two different beaches and the Chedraui was close by. My son enjoyed the pool so much as well.

That pool closes at 9pm

I love the location of this hotel. It is closest to my favourite beach - Chahue Beach and only a 20 minute walk into town. The staff are lovely and the hotel is exceptionally clean. The pool is spotless and wonderful to lounge by after a day out exploring.

The only downside is not having a refrigerator/coffee maker. There is a restaurant that is open from 8am-3pm where they serve a great breakfast. Unfortunately, their coffee is terrible.

The rooms were comfortable and so clean and large. The staff was incredible and took such good care or us. The location could not have been better.We stepped right into all the activity, art and music and yet our room was so quiet. I would recommend.

At first I was disappointed that there was no widow but we had AC and it made for a quiet sleep.

Clever design, super clean and cool, rooms are in towers which is unique. Very safe, high walls around. Central pool area suitable for children whose parents like to drink and relax. Well thought out amenities, lots of smiling staff. Helpful with directions.

No restaurants close by and theirs closes after lunch. Breakfast was cafeteria style which I dislike, but you can order something else. Seems to be popular with young families who go there just to stay in a hotel.

The staff and location are excellent! Great restaurant and beautiful pool. Location is perfect walking distance to everything and very easy to grab a taxi for longer journeys.

The only critique would be the lack of available coffee service in the room or by the pool. Hard to get a coffee before restaurants open.

The pool and staff were nice. The breakfast was great. Staff was very helpful. Big bathroom was nice.

The rooms were bare, there could have been some decor, pictures on walls. Pool towels would be nice. Black out drapes are needed and beds were very hard.

The location was good. 15min walking distance to Santa Cruz Beach and city centre. The hotel was clean and beds comfortable. The reception staff were lovely.

We didn’t like that there was no kettle available in the room. We love drinking hot tea in the evening and the hotel restaurant was closed at 3pm. The restaurant staff appeared always unhappy and never smiling. Once I came 10min earlier before the service began and wanted to pour myself coffee as it was ready to go but the waitress said that I am not allowed. I have been to many hotels in Asia and South America and always staff was going above and beyond to make sure the guests are happy. I didn’t feel this attitude in Hotel Mexico Lindo. The pool area was always very loud in the evening so if you are sensitive to noise request a room further away.

Nice pool and friendly staff

Toilet leaked water all over the floor and the WiFi is bad bad. Very slow and not reliable. My gf had work calls that she had to go elsewhere in the town to do bc of the bad WiFi

The hot cakes were good and the breakfast generally decent. The coffee was average. I wasn’t offered refills. We liked the pool. The plants around the Hotel. Of course we liked the. Cleanliness of the hotel. The cleaning staff were very pleasant and did a great job. We liked the that it is generally quiet at this hotel.

The lawn chairs were not comfortable. Many were old and painted and the paint chipped off onto my skin. Some lighting at the head of the beds would be nice for reading. I found it a bit dark for reading.

Very clean rooms, walkable to desired locations

need to add end tables on either side of the beds with table lights. A ceiling light is not always appropriate. My lack of Spanish was a deterrent. The gentleman that spoke perfect English was never available.

Cosy and a short distance to the ocean.Bottled water everyday. Room was spacious. Staff was very helpful when I got into a snag with forward travel arrangement.

No ice machine but staff always gave us ice when asked.

Loved the staff, but they cleaned too early like 5am that made me wake up to noice when they cleaned the chairs by our room door.
