Few customers not busy.

The hotel has only one person who does everything I noticed that in our room we had flies and mosquitos we had to pay a taxi and purchase mosquito spray. the next day wen we came back we had to fumigate again because the whole place was full of mosquitos.

It was close to where our family lives, so we could walk to their house. The pool looked nice, but we didn't use it. You can take a taxi most anywhere in the nearby towns for about $7 USD, and to the main beaches for about $15 USD

It is not a nice resort hotel. The word "Resort" doesn't really apply to this place, it's just a hotel near the Resort areas.

Beautiful grounds and location very clean. Sylvia works so hard! We loved our family vacation from 2 months old to 81 yrs. 100 % recommend

Quiet location. Beautiful pool, stayed overnight before checking into Secrets next day, restaurants within walking distance.

A bit more room with shade around the pool would be nice. An update and restocking of dishes and utensils is due.

Everything! The location is in the centre, the place is clean with amenities.

Maybe let's put more soap for the clients in the bathroom haha

It was spacious

It was upstairs and we had to carry heavy luggage up and down when leaving plus the villa had two rooms upstairs so more carrying.

If you guys are afraid of little insects this is not the place , alot of ants , mosquitoes and even cockroaches were found on the room , they dont change the bed sheets everyday . And also frogs were found on pool ?

LOVELY PLACE TO STAY. ENOUGH ROOM FOR EVERYONE ON OUR TRIP. LOVED WALKING OUT STRAIGHT TO THE POOL. NICE COZY VILLA. GREAT DISTANCE TO THE MAIN PLACES. WOULD DEFINITLEY STAY HERE AGAIN. GREAT EXPERIENCE OVERALL.

Arrival/check in was great. Silvia was super nice and attentive every time I saw her. Offered to call taxis for me and told me she knew the number for local pizza delivery since there isn't much out there in Tangolunda. (the property is a bit further away from the restaurants and downtown). If you like a quieter area away from too many people, this is perfect.

I little too far away from everything. Had to get a taxi about 4 times a day to go and come to breakfast and dinner. Luckily the taxi central is only steps away and never had to wait for one.

Only one bathroom for 3 rooms in our villa

The ambiance of the complex was excellent much of which was based on the excellent staff. Cleaning and services by staff were top notch. The internet was disappointingly weak. There was no compost or recycling and the kitchens supply of things from cutlery to pots and pans was inadequate. The chaise longues for relaxing by the pool were very uncomfortable demanding the use of pillows from our suite and from other chairs. The amenities in the small room of the 3-bedroom villa had no hooks or closet space -- just one bookshelf. The pool was great, kiko the parrot was terrific. The policy re bottled water was not consistent among guests. We enjoyed out stay.

Wifi, water provision, kitchen supplies and bedroom hooks or closet were not adquate. Lounge chairs needed cushions.

The property is small and cozy encouraging camaraderie among the vetting guests! The pool was small but nice! It was mixed with some children but not noisy!

The amenities were inconsistent from villa to villa! Insufficient cutlery and cooking utensils! Information was inconsistent’ All guests were not provided with the same info: eg; our party of two villas was not aware that breakfast was available for a fee. Also, water was provided free for some guests … we had one bottle complimentary then paid for each subsequent bottle! Those were irritants!

Our room had a back deck, it was great for observing Iguanas and tropical birds. The pool was a decent size for a swim. It seems like a very relaxed environment, there were many guests staying for longer periods.

Some information on how to get to the beach as it was lined with all inclusives and public access was not marked.

Nice and quiet boutique hotel! Staff very attentive, especially Sylvia and Lupita!Great location, beach 2 blocks away, lots of great restaurants close by. We had a later checkout ,which they gladly accomodated!

Some of the rooms were dark(room 9)Villa 1 and 7 back onto road, so can be noisy.

We stayed in apartment with kitchen . Very comfortable stay .

Small area around the swimming pool and when it becomes busy there is no place to hide from the noice .
