Friendly Staff, close to the beach and shops

The room smelled very humid. It was booked so they couldn't change me rooms. The parking is also challenging because if you go out late the parking is first come first serve otherwise you have to park in the street. They also charge for extra adults

Slow, rude, and incompetent staff. Overcharged for the room. Refused to honor online booking price.

The location was great The food was adequate & fresh Loved the Beach Club

I think the personnel were being overwhelmed, under paid, but kind and very presentable, clean, and always being very servant.

The beach club is nice and the driver from the transportation to the beach club is very attentive. Most of the staff is helpful. The rooms are very clean. Free parking. There are many good people working here and very friendly. Very nice beach at the Beach Club.

I would start saying that I want to give the place 8 points, because the staff is amazing, but comparing it to other stays in the region I felt it was under these. The location of the hotel is not amazing. I feel that without a car you are really stuck to the hotel facilities. Tha A/C in the room is kind of old and noisy. They make you put a bracelet, so that THEY can identify who is a guest and what type of guest, so by wearing it, we are doing them a favor, but it was a very low quality bracelet and it got loose and I lost it, they wanted me to pay 25$ for me to replace it, which I found hilarious and rejected and finally gave it to me for free. Obviously! So I felt that they were trying just to get money for any reason. I think for the price, the value of stay is not worth it. When I booked it at that price point, I was expecting better quality of stay. The dining at the main site is very low quality and expensive. In such hot weather locations, you would expect to have a mini fridge in the room, which there isn't. Ventilation in the bathroom is very bad.

Food was pretty good for the price, beach club was nice, nice beach as well and decent enough pool. All inclusive drinks were standard and good

Wifi was awful in the rooms.

the staff at this property was second to none. The beach club was a pleasant surprise it was a beautiful setting! The all inclusive meals were ample and the cleanliness of this property was top notch all the housekeeping staff were very efficient and accommodated any need that may arise.

the Breakfast did not open until 7 am which was fine , but no access to coffee earlier than 7am is a long wait if you are an early riser. perhaps a lobby coffee machine or in room coffee makers would be a good option.

The staff is so friendly, and the hotel is very clean

It’s to loud. If you want to rest, this is not your place. Every night they have a party in the restaurant, so I couldn’t rest during the night, also my room was next to the machine room.

Not many sun loungers by the pool or beach. Barely any tables/chairs by the bar for evening drinks, not nearly enough for how many guests staying at the hotel

There weren't many food options either at the hotel or at the beach club. Beach club staff are not very attentive.

Comfortable room, cleaned daily. Staff were mostly helpful. Large shower and good air con.

The hotel is a little distance from the beach, but they run a shuttle service to their beach club which is helpful. Hotel felt a little dated and the room was very sparse, not especially welcoming.

That it was close the beach and downtown Crucecita.

On my first night I noticed the blanket smell like feet!

The property overall was kept clean. Professional and friendly staff. I love the entertainment they had every night. Fun environment! Awesome location, my group was able to take the bus almost right in front of the property.

I did not like that it was not clear for my group that we had to pay one night of our accommodation in order to keep our reservation available. Because we didn’t pay in advance the first night, our King room was not available and end up getting another room with double beds. I think this was more like a problem with Booking reservations process.

Was close to the beach, and the food was very delicious.

The beach at the beach club is fantastic, also the food is very tasty, especially considering it was a buffet, and the staff was very friendly at the beach club as well. The hotel is located at walking distance from a very nice souvenirs market and another public beach that is also very clean and was not crowded at all.

The room had a bit of a problem with ants, it wasn't too much of an issue, but it was a little annoying because they would sometimes crawl on the bed. We notified the staff the first day and they did their best to clean up and it did help with the issue but it never really went away. The parking lot is relatively small and we needed to park our rented car on the street a couple of times while waiting for a spot to open up.
