The staff/employees were EXCEPTIONAL! Every person from the front desk, the restaurant people, the room cleaners, Hector, guest relations all were the best, friendly, welcoming and knowledgable about all aspects of the hotel. Phenomenally clean
The staff, the extra cleanliness, the overall ambiance, and the location as well. It is a very short walking distance to the beach, and a 10min or so ride from the airport. There is also a supermarket 1 min from the hotel!

Cons -

No. All was perfect at this Best Western! My new, always, Â¿go toÂ¿ hotel on my many trips to Huatulco.
As this was our first time in Huatulco, it would have been helpful to have gotten a room with a window.
