We were so happy with the location up on the hill with great access to beach for snorkeling. The staff were all so helpful and kind. The room was great and we had a beautiful view of the ocean from our balcony! Pool was gorgeous! Restaurant was excellent!

No. The hotel was clean, beautful, comfortable, with excellent staff and restaurant. It would have been awesome to have a minifridge in the room, but they had plenty of ice to keep our drinks cold.

The manager was extremely helpful in accommodating my needs. He also was extremely generous in giving me the best corner penthouse unit with amazing views at no additional charge.

The hotel staff was all super friendly and helpful! The hotel had a great view, location, the pool was really nice!

The beds weren’t too comfortable for me, otherwise everything was great!

Parking can be a mess, very loud from road noise and guests over running the place, run down property needing maintenance, definitely NOT a 4 star hotel

Shower water was often cold with poor pressure.

Very clean hotel. No hot water the entire stay. Cold showers, water barely warm enough to not be unbearably cold. Not sure if that’s an area thing or just this hotel.

The rooms are very clean and roomy enough for what we needed, there room to hang a few items in the space provided and a few drawers and shelves to place other items. Upon arrival there was a bottle of water for each of us which we could then keep and refill at the water station in the lobby when whenever we needed. The restaurant is very nice and the food was excellent. The staff are very friendly and the manager speaks excellent English Some of the other staff don't speak much English but they try very hard and communication was fairly easy. I liked the location as it was was fairly central and it was easy for us to walk to where we wanted to go. Santa Cruz beach was only a 15 minute walk. La Crucecita was 20mins and Chahue beach was only 10 minutes away

The water pressure for the showers is not great and sometimes the water was a bit cool if you are showering late afternoon, it would be n also be nice if there was a kettle or coffee maker in the room

Breakfast & dinner were always excellent and plentiful. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room could have used some towel bars and hooks for our clothes.

Access to clean drinking water. We found it eventually but it wasn't super clear. No in-room coffee.

Great location. Property well maintained Staff was helpful and when we asked to change rooms due to noise they were very accommodating. Restaurant staff very friendly and efficient. Excellent food

Very noisy. Road noise and slit of screaming children out of control. Children racing up and down hallways, screaming at the top of their lungs in the pool. Had to change rooms that have a beautiful view because of uncontrollable children noise. Restaurant charges are manually added up by front desk when checking out and the amount charged to us was incorrect. Still waiting for an accounting and resolution of refund after management admitted amount charged was incorrect.

Great hospitality! Came in late in the evening, and we were able to stay in for a late checkout. Spacious room & bathroom. Good fan and AC. The full-size bed was comfortable. The restaurant is well priced, and the breakfast was good. Loved the huevos rancheros divorciados, and my daughter enjoyed her hotcakes. Enjoyed the view from the palapa while we enjoyed breakfast. Our balcony view was just fantastic, and a pleasure to wake up to.

Wish there were shade umbrellas.
