The room was clean and comfortable, although did not like the a joining room style as I could my neighbours much too easily. Sound carried easily from neighbours between the thin door on top of the outside construction and the beach noise.

We were not able to get the entire stay of our booking as things were double booked, so we only stayed for 4 nights and had to move elsewhere. And then come our check out which was for 12:00, we brought our bags down to the front desk as we were finished in the room around 10:30, to let maids clean and be considerate. As we planned to enjoy the remainder of the time before check out at the pool until 12:00. They cut my partners wristband off while I was at the pool and came up with scissors to take my band, I was firm in saying no we will leave at 12:00 but did not enjoy being treated like a criminal. It was embarrassing. Next time I’ll leave our bags in our room until 12:00 so we can stay until check out and not consider their time since they did not consider ours and what we had paid for. They tried to sell a day pass to my partner instead of letting us finish the last hour and half of our time.They advertise it as a boutique resort- which in fact the pool club and other facilities are shared by multiple resorts in the same company. I wouldn’t consider that a boutique style, unless you just stick to the small pool and single restaurant.

Dinner food was just ok. Overcooked.

The hotel is nice, all the workers are excellent, with good service in the restaurant. The lady that clean our room was perfect every dayI don't think that the value of the money paid for all-inclusive food is not was what I was expecting. I thought we would have some Oaxacan traditional real food, but the breakfast was all right, and the coffee was just water. I like my coffee strong, I think they can afored a expresso machine, the dinner its the same dishes every night, the only good thing it was the ribeye one night. I asked for a different type of meat, and it was the ribeye with some pure just on top of it. The same meat has no flavor . The beach in the pictures looks so nice empty if youre imagine youre self on the beach, just relax, this place is not for you. We can't even walk with all the people was on the beach, and I'm ok with the people being on the beach i just i wish I knew overall was ok not my type of vacations

The restaurant upstairs had made to order food. The grilled salmon was delicious.

The beach is very crowded.

It was an absolutely amazing stay. The hotel is located on the beach in a very safe area. The staff in the hotel restaurant was amazing - very attentive and always willing to help. I would like to send a special thank you to Juan, Jose, Francisco, Ana, Itzel, Isabel who created an amazing welcoming atmosphere there. The food was good as well. And cocktails =)You can also walk to another hotel of the same chain and visit evening show there. This year a very good dancing group performs there. And we were very excited watching them. It was definitely a professional level not an amateur one.The hotel by itself is very new and modern. You can also make amazing pictures because it's located on hill near the coastline. We'll definitely return back.

Nirú was exceptional! The service and attention from the staff were outstanding. The building and rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained. We stayed for a couple of nights, and it was quiet, relaxing, and perfect for celebrating our anniversary with my wife and our 2-year-old. Highly recommend!

All meals were adequate, but we would have preferred more spice, Mexican style, rather than the Americanized style.

The staff were sooo good- Tania, Thomas, Sylvia, Armondo - just to name a few! The food was very good - even after 3 weeks we were very happy with the menu. The view, the pool and the beach were all great!

Just a couple of suggestions - it would have been nice to have some drawers to put clothes instead of just the big 'cubby' holes in the closet. More hangers and perhaps some 'safe handles/bars' in the shower as it felt a little slippery at times.

Nice, clean room in a good setting. Probably very well if you only care about a pool and some sun.

Our experience was tainted by the fact that we booked a family room for 2 adults and 1 child; but they charged us separately for the child, and had him sleep on a large inflatable bed that made the room very cramped. We complained and were upgraded to a very nice suite; but it was not nice to have to complain and move. The food is sub-par. Not ideal for an all-inclusive.

We loved the staff first of all. Friendly, professional, cordial, welcoming. Second great thing is location. The facilities are beach front, the beach is really nice and clean, and the closeness to convenience stores, Placitas, the embarcadero, restaurants, etc. We loved the infinity pool, the private pool in our room, we loved the greetings when we arrived, we loved the staff friendliness and willingness to accommodate all our needs as much as possible. We loved breakfast and dinners. We loved the room, space, decoration, hairdryer, kitchenette, view, safe, comfort of the bed and pillows, towels, the convenience of Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Pool service and beach service. WE loved the kayak, ping pong table and foosball.

The lunch buffets style, the lunch food options, the lunch food quality, from all the bad, maybe the lunch is the least bad since you might not eat at the hotel while sightseeing, but the days that we decided to stay and enjoy the hotel and facilities, the lunch was not good. Nothing looked appetizing, the dishes that we tried were not great, we only ate there twice and one of those dates the only thing that our kids wanted to eat and that looked decent was hamburgers, and they had ran out, we saw everyone else including adults eating hamburgers so that was very very disappointing because that meant go outside to get food ( time and money wasted). We did not like to have to use so many elevators to get to the beach club or to the room. The room description was confusing, it said it had two beds but in reality it was one bed and one pull out sofa bed, but there was no extra bedding for it, then one night we used the extra blanket because it got cold and the following day the extra blanket was gone and extra towels were gone too. Having to carry the beach towels all the way up and down instead of having a station at the beach and at the pool side would be of great help.
