Hotel Bahia Huatulco

The location was good though I think a weekend stay would be challenging with the nightclub next door.

Main complaints are that there was no hot water to shower with and the bed was as hard as a rock (and I like firm beds).

Close to the beach, good location, pool is really clean and the staff is amazing.

Did not have the breakfast. Location was good - walking distance to La Crucecita, banks, grocery stores, the beach.

Wifi would be intermittent, and no appliances - no kettle/utensils/fridge for quick convenience.

Excellent location, great facilities, clean, and the staff were amazing. They worked very hard to make sure that you were happy with your stay! Especially Roberto.

There is a rave next-door. It did not bother us but difficult on Thursday, Friday Saturday.

Nice area close to the beach, easy booking. Price was great not that far from city center Food and shopping. Would stay there again oh great Pool

Hotel is as described, clean, friendly staff, good wifi, hot showers. Location is a bit sad, but not far from a beach with few people.

No inside lock (extra lock) on hotel room door.

Everything was perfect! The public super cleaned and beautiful beach is at 5 minutes walking. City center is around 20 minutes walking. Big supermarket nearby. Staff & cleaning ladies were all very nice. It was also very pleasant not to be in a resort.

The staff are friendly, the place is clean and the bed comfortable.

The first room we booked didn't look like the pictures. Not inviting.Then we had to pay more to upgrade and have a regular room. At the end was a comfortable room after the upgrade but still little too expensive compared to other hotels.

hard beds, no safe in room, the front desk staff didn’t speak English so getting basic info was difficult. no map was available, no food options nearby

Staff was friendly and the hotel was located within walking distance of shops, restaurants and close to a laundry service

I needed an extra towel and was told there would be an extra charge if I didn’t return the towel to the front desk when checking out. Sheets were itchy.

Nice design and pool was ok

No swimming towels provided which doesn't make sense. The hotel is right next to a club which played very loud music until 3am. That was very disruptive to sleep and I wouldn't recommend stying here over a weekend.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The hotel is beautiful on the outside.

My room was not what I expected as the only window was a window looking onto a common passage with no window looking onto the outside

There was a bar/restaurant with live music next door, but not too loud or late at all. It was walking distance to a large supermarket as well. The whole town seemed quite safe.

The room was very clean, but whatever they cleaned with had quite a strong smell to it. I had the window open several times to try to (unsuccessfully) remove the odor.
