Poor customer service, entire family got sick from food, vomiting and diarrhea. The staff was indifferent.

The beaches are gorgeous.

If don¿t like buffet style dining, and love to eat yummy food. This is not for you. Options to eat in a cozy, clean and quiet environment is only available for dinner. They open at 6 pm.

Beautiful property on the beach with gorgeous views. Great beaches, food, drinks and staff. Great snorkeling and lot's of free water activities. Overall a great experience.

The shower didn't drain well

The service, beach and amenities are excellent. The ocean waves are very minimal at the beaches, so our young kids (8 and 9) had no ocean currents to deal with & the water felt very safe. There is no public access, and excellent front gate security.

A lot of grade changes (stairs and steep ramps) we were ok with it, since there are constant mini shuttles that deliver instantly with almost no waiting, however still a lot of steep grade changes are required even with the shuttle.

Location. Taxi service within the complex was great. drivers were very friendly. Food was good

I thought it was Very pricey for Mexico.

Good on buffet was alright

It is like a park, with more focus on beautiful beaches than pools. Several good a la carte restaurants.

Buffet is hit and miss. Breakfast great, lunch good, dinner meh… although one night was exceptional. Not enough shady lounge chairs on the three beaches. You have to save chairs before 7 am or you’re out of luck, and chairs.

It needs updating

We've been coming here for 6 years and love the resort. The beach is the best being in a bay. We love all the walking and stairs .. good exercise.

Everything was great but our flight didn't leave until 7pm and because we didn't book through West Jet but flew on West Jet they cut our bands off at 2pm and had to pay for services while everyone else carried on. It would be nice if they switched up the menus. Sometimes we take a taxi into town to eat at La Crema.

The grounds were nicely landscaped and there were bathrooms in numerous locations. There was a shuttle services if you didn’t want to walk the meandering up and down steps and inclined roadways.

The beaches were crowded and the quests would save and occupy lounge chairs throughout the day, the pool was not appealing it was laid out somewhat like a lap pool with minimal space around it and not many lounge spots. The management didn’t alert us on arrival that we needed to make reservations for dinner so we were left to dine at the lack luster bland buffet. It seemed as though we were at an assisted living facility for seniors not our style of vacationing. Ultimately we were very disappointed. We had to leave early by one day because the main road to Puerto Escondido was closed due to on going construction we ere to fly out early. We were told by reservations that they would refund our night stay but this never happened after several back and forth conversations with staff and management.

The rooms were nice we stayed in a 1 bedroom suite. The guys from entertainment were amazing made our stay wonderful!!

It’s a lot of walking and stairs food is not the best at all!!

I really liked how spread out it was. And the shuttles weee amazing. I liked the beaches and the water sports.

Beautiful beaches, snorkeling right off the beach, staff are friendly and have great work ethic. The food at the buffet had good variety. The shuttle service is great.

A la carte restaurants feel rushed and food is not great. Beach club has nice views but not worth the extra money. Lack of activities - they are scheduled to take place each day but frequently didn’t occur. Did not have a beach Vball court.

All around a wonderful resort. Very casual and relaxed with an amazing couple of beaches, good resaurants, great pickleball and tennis courts, nice rooms and friendly staff. The setting is also wonderful as it is not overdeveloped like some other resort areas. Lots of options for exploration and adventures in the surounding area (highly recommend a visit to river pools up in the mountains!). Also felt very safe.

Nothing ... was pretty well a perfect vacation for me. Only challege was the heat and humidity. Was quite warm on some days but this was easily fixed by jumping in one of the pools or the ocean for a swim.

The beaches were wonderful. Many things to do. Shuttle service was very good.

Its not handicap friendly, there is stairs everywhere so you have to rely on shuttles. The location also needs an update. There was lot of ants on my bathroom, And the rooms smell like sewer. The food is not that great. Its more quantity over quality ?

The staff at restaurants, ladies that clean the room were very helping and attentive. The hotel is excellent with 3 bays

I didn’t like that I called the front desk 2 day in a row for ants problem in my room and air conditioning not working properly and nicely the lady from the front desk told me that they were to send someone to take care of the problem, but never show up, then it rained very hard and the power in my room went off, so no light and no air conditioning, again I called front desk and told the problem and remind them about the ants and air conditioning. They asure that help was on the way. So we went to have dinner and came back to our room and we STILL have all the problems so my husbands went outside to look for help and saw a maintenance guy who was passing by and asked for help, so this guy helped with light, air conditioning noise and fixed the ants problem. I was very frustrated
