Pros +
- It was better than what I was worried about after reading the reviews.Position is perfect for anything, beach, shops, restaurants, etc.Bed was comfy and bedroom was bright with a big balcony.Staff was nice and helped me with some extra requests, like booking a cab etc.

- Shit hole
Cons -
- Bathroom is indeed small and the sink is super small. Way too small.Very noisy until 11pm+ and very early in the morning. Walls do not isolate sound much. But if you book in the main touristic street , you must take it into account or it's on you.
- Water out night time. At night when I got back to the hotel and wanted to take a shower we had no water. I had to ask the reception to turn it on. Sometimes we did not have hot water.I stayed at the last floor amd could hear the people talking/partying nearby so I couldn’t sleep
- The air was unbreathable, a strong smell of sewage, and there was no water all evening, and they refused to refund me an hour after I checked in. The worst hotel I have seen after spending 3 months in Mexico.

Location is convenient. Bed is comfortable enough.
Where to start? First, you will NOT be sleeping before 11 p.m. You won't be watching any TV in the meantime either. You can't even hear it. Paper thin walls and a band right next door. It's LOUD. But when the band stops, at least the normal loud street noise through paper thin walls seems quieter. The first impression is the pool that is basically in the lobby. It's filthy. Nasty hairs and lots of other debris floating in plain sight. The lazy receptionist would rather argue about the pool cleanliness than put down Tik Tok for five minutes and grab the skimmer. There were big brown stains on the bedspread. And the infamous sink. So many reviews about the bathroom sink. And rightfully so. It's the dumbest thing I've ever seen in my life. The room is plenty big enough for the bathroom to be larger than it is. Was the architect drunk? Blind? The world will never know. The sink makes it almost worth checking out a room here for the head-shake value. I've included a photo, so you don't have to bother. Almost forgot to mention that the internet is absolute crap, as well. Stay somewhere else.
The beds were large.
Everything else. For reference, I grew up in Mexico and have seen and stayed in many hotels that would freak out most American and European tourists. This hotel fell way below my standards for what I paid. In fact, I feel cheated by Booking.com and Santa Cruz Punta Zicatella. Here is my experience: The toilet combo sink made it impossible to do any normal activities like shaving, brushing teeth, etc. The toilet area was constantly flooded by the shower. So imagine using the toilet while your feet are in 3 cm of water. The light switch for the bathroom was located in the shower (not exactly safe if you know anything about electricity). At night, there was no security to complain to when an obnoxious guest kept banging on the door, offering sex. Additionally, the swimming was unclean and dangerous, with swimming pool lights hanging from the side of the pool. Families cooking around the pool with their portable stove in the morning and a bar/disco next door. Finally, there was a continuous line at the reception of people waiting to use the ATM.In the end, my family didn't feel safe, and the accommodations were disaster.
She had our Airbnb canceled at the last minute on the 24 so we had to find a place to spend the night, this hotel got us covered and it was in a really nice location, near our favorite restaurant in punta
The bathroom was super tiny and for some reason there was no water in the sink at times, and there’s a “bar” right across the street with really loud people so it was hard to sleep, for the rest it met our expectations
The shop across the road.
Staff, cleanliness, TV (sat) didn’t work, Wifi didn’t work, toilet broke, shower leaked, bathroom tiny, hot water didn’t work, no block out curtains so the hotel external lights light the room up…….
I liked the location, the staff was pretty kind
The bathroom is horrible, smells bad, the sink is within the toilet and it did not seem very hygienic.
The location was great.
The rooms were very very small and the the “bathroom” was tiny. There wasn’t a separate toilet and sink, the sink was at the back of the toilet. The WiFi only worked near pool.
The location was just OK.
Spiders in the room; not enough towels; no shampoo. Cleanliness was not good.
Location is primer and cleanliness is also top
Rooms do not have hangers or drawers for clothesNo proper sink in the bathroomRooms in firar floor have no drapes and street livht comes in all night long
bed was okay.
noisy, dirty and rude staff
Comfortable mattress and cushions
no service at all, rude staff, very noisy street, wifi is unstable
Location is good, but vary noisy. Bed was comfortable.
very dirty, staff unhelpful
Great location on the main street just behind the beach, friendly service, clean rooms and amenities, great value for money
Small rooms but still comfortable
Great location to head to every shop or restaurant or beach
The sink is included in the toilet, very small and you can't reach it, pool a bit dirty

Great location. Visually beautiful. Felt very safe and there was a GREAT bed
Very noisy and the white curtains are impractical as they block no light. Probably wouldn’t pay this much again but if it was cheaper would be worth it!
The staff was very helpful and friendly.
The first room was a disaster. It was on the first ground, and the only window had a car park view. There was no furniture except for a bed, so we needed to put our stuff on the floor. We asked to be moved and we got a new room the next day.The second room had 2 beds and a table, so we didn't need to use the floor. The bathroom has a see-through glass door. In order to get some privacy, we hung a bed cover over it. There are no shelves or stands in the bathroom, so there is no place for toiletries. The pool does not have a ladder or stairs, and most of the time, it is covered in dust. The top floor is not finished, and almost every day, there were contractors drilling, building, and moving things, so the whole building was vibrating.During the night there's a lot of noise from the restaurant next door. See-through curtains on the windows look very stylish during the daytime, but do not block any light during the night. We had a very bright white street light right in front of the window, and it was shining the whole night.Interior design is intended to be stylish but completely impractical. The hotel is not worth the money we paid.
