Location a block away from Chedraui supermarket and 2 blocks away from ADO bus terminal my room had AC and a balcony above one of the pools

Nothing all good

Daily housekeeping with fresh sheets, toilet paper, and toiletries. A delicious, different breakfast each day. The swimming pool was clean. Location is awesome right next to the supermarket and Munchies. ADO terminal and beach are a couple minutes walk away. TV in room. Shelf space to unpack your things. Comfy beds.

The double budget room should be switched into a room with AC. The window is almost completely blocked and therefore is unable to receive any type of airflow. The ceiling fan is really old and has no power to it. I was sweating as soon as I came out of the shower. Or at least provide a standing oscillating fan to make it more bearable. But my recommendation is to switch this room into an AC room because of the window situation and then make one of the current AC rooms into a budget room with a fan as long as the windows can be opened and unblocked.

Pool was dirty one day,was cleaned afterwards.

Breakfast was good. The location was quite close to the bus station. The tour company was familiar with the hotel, and sent a van to pick me up for dolphin / turtle / whale watching, which was great.

I rented a bicycle from a place in the town, but it was not suitable for cycling very far. Braking was by back-pedalling, one gear. A mountain bike would have been a lot better. Not the hotel's fault.

It was a clean property. The breakfast was okay. My room had a nice view. The bus station was very close.

There was a lot of street noise. It is a n uphill walk from the beach.

Our kitchen. Comfortable beds. Close to shopping and fruit stand. The 2 pools. Quiet. AC. Good free breakfast . Perfect.

Everything was great

I have stayed here many times so obviously I like it. The breakfast was particularly delicious this time…… most notable was how happy all of the staff seemed to be!!

Beds were comfy, not far to thee beach, restaurants handy.Guys at the front desk were friendly and helpful.

Needed AC or better fan, preferably AC.The free breakfast wasn't much, coffee and an egg, everything extra, even wanted to charge 10 pesos for a shot glass of milk for coffee.

This is my 4th time in here, I love this hotel -location, value for money, staff, great breakfast, efficient A/C, hot water, good pressure, comfy bed, every day cleaning, next to Chedraui, next to lots of eating places, next to buses to more distant beaches

perhaps a reading lamp next to bed would be convenient, I would welcome if breakfast could start at 7:00, 8:00 is unfortunately too late

Budget place, don’t expect much. Staff needs to work on the service they give, not attentive at all.

Water pressure was good, hot and cold. A/C excellent. Breakfast perfect. Kitchen allowed me to cook. Bed was great. Location was the best in the city 3 minutes to the bus station, 1 minute to the largest super market, and less than 10 to the beach. Wi-Fi no problems. TV had 60 plus channels with some in English.

I liked it all. No problems.

Good: WI-FI, beds, hot water, breakfast, staff, location. Drinking water provided, quite, TV with English channels, overhead ceiling fan and AC.

It’s only 10 minutes walking to the nearest beach, and right next door there is a big supermarket where you can get anything you need. The staff was okay.

We didnt like that we had to move from our room to another room right after one night, supposedly because of the need to paint our room. If we knew about it beforehand we wouldn’t unpack everything and we wouldn’t mind.

Threadbare towels handed to you at reception . Breakfast crowded, if you not there at 8am expect a long wait for place to sit and be served. Basic old hotel that does it's job for a night.

The location was good, there’s a supermarket really close to the hotel. The breakfast was amazing, the room looked good. They changed the towels and cleaned the room also.

Maybe the room was a little noisy, we could hear a lot of noise from the street. And it is a little far from the nice beaches, like 20-30 minutes walking.

It’s very central so you can easily walk to all interesting places. There’s a lot of restaurants around open till very late at night. The staff is friendly and they’re always happy to help. My room had a good air conditioning and a beautiful view of the Zicatela beach and a nice balcony where you can watch the sun rising over the hills. I liked it a lot.
