Clean and charming older style. Classic architecture.

Without a car a lot of long hot walks (or taxi rides) were needed to go to dinner or the beach.

I liked the location, it was super clean and a beautiful property.

Noisy families from 7am who were eating and drinking whilst in the pool.

The room was clean with ceiling fan. Bed was comfortable. Pool was lovely, big and refreshing. Night watch was attentive, and ensured lights where on to access room in the dark. Front gate is locked at night. Secure facility. Nice grounds, and well kept. Chairs and tables with umbrellas at pool side. Restaurant choices nearby

It seems common in the area to have seating not lounges by the pool. I would have liked to lounge and read by the pool. Not a deterrent to a return trip.

Rooms were run down. Needed cleaning and paint. No soft pool furniture...all hard plastic and uncomfortable.

The grounds are ok but they could clean the slime off the paving stones by the pool

The staff were rude (they didn’t want to admit me even though I had a reservation, insisted on cash and only provided a receipt after an argument; the wifi was hit and miss, the power was out for hours one day, another morning there was no running water, my shower quit working the final two days, and they didn’t clean the room every day so I had to go ask for toilet paper (I wound up buying my own)

The staff and location were excellent and all my needs were met during my stay. Hotel provides basic amenities and I did not need more than that. Next time I will probably stay in a room with a refrigerator

it was a hard to sleep one night with some of the guests hanging out in the common area right outside my room

The WiFi did not reach my apartment room, which was quite frustrating and not ideal. This is indicative of Puerto Escondido as a whole, however, where connectivity is generally quite low/challenging everywhere.

Friendly service and great location.

The rooms have no air conditioning. We had to sleep with the window open, but there were loud people in the pool area almost at midnight.

everything is made to facilitate your stay. the staff is always here to help, and the room is simple but really comfortable and spacious. close from the airport and the center of Puerto Escondido

Clean, large and comfortable rooms, beautiful grounds and pool access. Quiet location in walking distance to three of the main beaches. Good cooking facilities in the apartment.

We weren't given a great deal of information at check in which meant we weren't sure about the catering facilities offered etc. The hotel was undergoing some maintenance work at the time of our stay.

Room with kitchen, pool in the yard, helpful staff, good location in a calm area.

The hotel has a beautiful garden and is very clean.

The staff on the first day was not helpful at all, they acted very uninterested and even a bit bothered. On the second day however, the staff was very helpful and kind.

Very helpful, friendly staff. Great size pool for swimming. Lovely gardens.Rooms were serviced every day, towels changed every day, sheets every 3 days. Excellent a/c and fans. Soap and shampoo/shower wash provided. Quiet location but 5 beaches within 20 mins walking.

Room doors could be a little bit more robust.

Beds firm but comfortable, good wifi, nice pool, friendly staff. Had room 18 for my last week stay of a month total. A/C was quiet and which I used for a quick cooldown, and proper working toilet. Also a fan but only one speed and noisy. 2nd floor w kitchenette. Room 2 main level I stayed in initially. No A/C but that’s ok. I did fine without it. kitchenette and fan. in room 2 Toilet did not flush properly, sewer smell in bathroom.

The location. I did a lot of walking everyday. Even the 15 minute walk daily or several times a day to get to the main strip with restaurants became tedious after awhile. You can always catch a taxi. Use Didi service, get it on the App Store. it’s like Uber.
