Nothing!!! Staff is extremely rude. Rooms are horrible not what was rented. I was changed rooms 3 times. Finally got a decent room for an extra fee. Do not stay here. Do not recommend

Noise from clandestine bar next door was so loud couldn¿t hear television. Staff is RUDE! Breakfast is not included as noted just a few main items all else is extra. Hotel is very poor condition. Beds are horribly hard like sleeping in the floor.

The location across from the ocean is fantastic BUT we couldn't stay in the ocean view rooms because the NOISE was unbelievable!!!! No peace & quiet here! Disco 9pm - 3am & then noisy renovations. We had to move!

NOISE! NOISE! NOISE! Disco was so loud that the furniture in the room was shaking from 9pm-3am! Construction renovations start at 7am -4pm, hammering, drilling, banging, sawing, NOISE, NOISE NOISE!

Lovely room. Loved the shower. Stayed 3 nights.

Helpful staff. Some spoke English which was great although I speak a little Spanish. The person who cleaned my room was lovely and friendly. She told me she has worked at the hotel for 9 years.

Greatly located at the beach, great pool area, super nice staff, amazing breakfast at the beach restaurant

Clubs and beach parties around way too loud st night. The accommodation might want to invest into sound proof windows for the rooms with balconies facing the beach.

Wi-fi was very spotty in rooms but it worked well in restaurant and in lobby.towels looked old but were clean. we were in the first floor, so it got loud when kids played in pool at night.

It was clean, everyone was friendly and helpful, great customer service, food was good at the restaurant. The pool was nice.

They were working/remodeling/ plumbing in the room below us. We were told there was going to be noise but I thought it was going to be outside noise not hammers and saws, the water was turned off for most of the day, we were not told that. I’m a heavy sleeper so the noise wasn’t a big deal for me but I think it would have been nice to be told that was going to be an issue along with the water being shut off. No toilet water, no way to wash your hands and because we were not told the water was going to shut off it came as a surprise.

The room was clean and the staff is friendly.

The facilities are in bad condition like the door lock didn’t work and the towels are old. The water wasn’t hot. I would not stay again or recommend this place. I found it annoying that I have to leave my ID just to get a towel for the pool or to have a blow drier.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The included breakfast was great. Location was right across from the beach and close to many restaurants.

Everything was good

The staff were amazing. Very friendly, ready to provide help and always attentive to our needs. Also, two pools were very nice and breakfast was outstanding. The hotel restaurant served great food and generous portions.

The place needs some upgrades. Example, the showerhead in our room didn't pivot at all so you couldn't direct the water away from you when you didn't want it on you. It would be helpful to have a window screen on the bathroom window to provide ventilation. One last thing: there are very few flat surfaces in the bathroom to put your stuff. Even hooks on the wall would be helpful to hang your toiletries bag. Also, the late-night party music nearby is loud. Didn't bother us, we slept great, but just be aware.

Stable wifi and hot water. You will need ear plugs to sleep at night if your room is facing the street (ocean view), as all of the bars and nightclubs are located there.

I had a great time, breakfast was great! The staff was friendly and willing to help at all times. There are some great bars and restaurants right in front of the hotel. Couple.of disclaimers Zicatela is not a beach to swim, however there are some great beaches to swim 10 min or less by taxi. Also, the hotel is in a busy street at night so if party noise bothers you this might not be the place for you.

Everything was very nice. Loved the pool , breakfast was amazing !!!! Very centric from all the bars and restaurants . Vey good price ; payed $190 USD for 5 people , free breakfast and 3 beds X night.

didn't like the fact that there was no elevator. My mom had trouble getting up and down. Not a huge problem if you are young and healthy.

The location is perfect. Near the beach, restaurants, and most touristy activities.

The staff was mostly friendly but had many unpleasant encounters with a front desk member throughout the three days there. Got a condescending attitude the entire time, made the stay quite uncomfortable not being able to rely on guidance from a staff member who we were told was going to be helping us.

location, nice pool area, very child-friendly, nice breakfast, free baby cot/crib, AC, always a spot at the pool, all in all we really enjoyed our stay!

we had a room with pool view and were grateful as rooms with sea view might be very loud at night, beach clubs and live bars are just around the corner. however, this didn’t affect as too much.

Pools. Beach access. Kid friendly with breakfast . It’s convenient if u want to be on zicatela beach ( can’t swim only surf that beach)

It’s somewhat basic . No frills I asked for a crib on booking . Again at check in early in the day . And multiple more times until finally late at night I got a filthy and broken crib so my son had to sleep in my bed ( and he rolls around a lot) then only the next day did I get a decent crib. One morning we showed up literally 10 minutes after breakfast time (misunderstood the time and was with a child) and they refused to give breakfast or any food even some basic eggs- that was rude . Reflects the property

Everything was fantastic! The pool was a so nice to have and it was cleaned on a daily basis. Staff were friendly, breakfast was awesome.

The bar across the way played super loud music until 4am every morning. Bring earplugs!! There is no elevator.

Best breakfast ever during my holidays!! Location very convenient and very clean
